Hey Martin,

Ik zit regelmatig aan de verkeerde mode te draaien, omdat `Hot Water mode` boven `Room Mode` staat, en deze dus standaard in beeld is.  
Dit komt door de volgorde van toevoegen in de app denk ik? Want bij de thermostaat gaat het wel goed (‘`Target temperature`’ en ‘`Hotwater target temperature`’).

Ik kan “Tado home” niet meer uitkiezen in de flowkaartjes, en sommige kaartjes gaan in ook in error.  
De log meldt: Status code 422  
Heb browsers cache geleegd + gerefreshed, andere browser, prive mode etc…

Ik heb een knop verwijderd en weer toegevoegd, om mijn account te heractiveren, maar dat lijkt niet van invloed.

Ondertussen heb ik v5.3.0 draaien, maar het bovenstaande issue blijft bestaan.  
Wat voorheen niet werkte, maar nu wel is de modus selector.  
Die stuurde vóór deze versie niet altijd de handmatig nieuw geselecteerde modus door.

Wat mij ook opviel is dat de wand thermostaat met stappen van 0.1 graad in te stellen is, maar de radiator knoppen met 0.5 graden.  
Dit zal te maken hebben met de mogelijkheden in van het specifieke apparaat.  
Voor de wand thermostaat is het handmatig instellen op 0.1 graad wel een beetje overkill.

Daarom een future request: Handmatige stapgrootte instelbaar maken in de instellingen van het apparaat. (Uiteraard begrensd op de fysieke mogelijkheden van het apparaat)

Hoi, daar ben ik het dus niet mee eens 🙂 . Ben erg blij met de 0.1 stappen van de thermostaat. Tado bepaald in dit geval de capabilities van de devices die via de API zijn te gebruiken.

je kunt natuurlijk voor jezelf bv een AVD met flow erbij te maken waarbij de de stappen dan vergroot tot 0,5 in de AVD en flow.

Hi, is it possible with this Tado app, to connect/link one smart valve with the thermostat and unlink it again afterwards.

My challenge is the following.

I have the below room with one radiator and one convection heater.

During the day this is all fine, but in the evening the radiator goes behind the curtain when it is closed, so I would like to remove it from the room temporarily.

At the moment I have two seperate units in Tado with one following the other during the day and getting a very low target setpoint after sunset (assuming the curtains are closed then)

The reason to change this is I think I am screwing up the Tado internal PID algorithm, but no idea if/how to solve it.

Well, from the tado phone app, all you can do is ‘remove device X from the house’. There doesn’t seem to exist any kind of ignore / pause / link/unlink option.  
But at the tado community there’s more knowledge about these specials.

The most cheap solution is to cut the curtain to above the radiator.

The most advanced one is adding a valve with motor in the pipe to this radiator with a remote control unit (fibaro, shelly) and advance flows in Homey.

I want to agree with that, but then also completely remove the Tado unit from that radiator. Seems to be the only real good solution…

If there are any ways to group and ungroup tado’s from rooms through homey, I would love to know about it.

unfortunately wont help, as it needs to be slave to the room during the day, and shut off in the evening.

Solved it now very complex. indeed split the two rooms, and have it linked to one room during the day (following the set temperature if it changes) and setting it to a very low temperature in the evening when the curtains are closed (after sundown). seems to work oke.

Ha Martin,

Ik ben 2 weken weg van huis en Tado staat op Afwezig.  
Alle Homey routines staan in mijn geval ook gedeactiveerd voor Tado.

Toch viel het mij op dat Tado op de 27e om 00:00u handmatig mijn zondag schema begon te volgen.  
Ik dacht eerst dat het een bug was in Tado.  
Maar vandaag gebeurde het weer.

Ik ben in de log gaan kijken en TadoZones stuurt een zondag schema op de feestdag. Terwijl dat bij alle Apparaten op ‘nee’ staat.

Het is mij nooit opgevallen als Tado op Thuis staat.

Ik ben deze app even aan het testen aangezien de oude community Tado app niet meer beschikbaar is voor nieuwe Homey’s, maar zit met een foutje voor het instellen van warm water, deze gaat maar tot 30°:
