Great thanks. I’ve been in contact with Systemair. **Systemair could confirm:** 1. There is no modbus support on Save Connect 2.0 2. The outlined connection of “Smart Home integrations” via “SAVE CONNECT cloud” in is not supported yet. Hi, I try to find where i can change my IAM to TCP converter mode. When i look in documentations it dont look like my system is. I have latest SW in IAM. Please give me some advice. //Micke ---

So I waited almost a year to recive this module “Save connect v2” and it wont work with Homey (smart home systems) yet… Lets wait some more… Following this thread. ---

Also following. SystemAir has advertised that it would work with other smart home systems. That was a while ago… has anyone managed to add the Connect v2 to anything? ---

I have I dialouge with SystemAir, and in their roadmap for 2023 they have planned for adding Matter support to their Save Connect module. If that becomes a reality then we need Homey Pro 2023, and no dedicated SystemAir app. We just have to wait and see. ---

Using the “modbus via webservice” approach someone mentioned and connecting with local ip, not dns, I got it working by creating a very similar device as the IAM modbus device that already existed. Just replaced the api code. Added it to Homey and all seems to work fine. I did try to add a new device but the wizard just says “loading…” What mode should the IAM run? Modbus or Homesolutions Cloud? ---

Thanks. It was working, just happen to notice another bug with parsing of negative values due to cold temperatures. Added another fix for that. Maybe should rename it to SaveConnect2 to clarify that this is specifically for the v2. No idea if v1 has any support for modbus over webservice ---

“loading” page was my mistake in copy / pasting from other device. Fixed it in latest PR. Just need it merged and should work to add new device too. ---
