Thank you, Koktail, I installed the app again, but without succes. It reports version number 2.0.8. According to the change log, there is a version 2.0.9, but I did not get that by re-installing the app. Is there a solition to this? Thanks for today’s update. The app takes up 154MB of Homey’s RAM, which is four times as much as the other apps. Why is that? ---

Thank you. Sadly, the app still produces an error message. When I start by adding a device, the app asks me to select one of 3 options. I select Sureflap Katten Flap Connect. Next, I see a screen that has a blue Install button. After klicking thay the login request screen asks for my Sure Petcare (I presume) credentials. When I supply these and click the Log in button, the error message appears. It says “Request failed with status code 401”. I hope you have a solution for this. ---

when I have gotten a 401 error from that app (which is often). I am either lucky and only need to restart the homey Sure Petcare app or worse case I change my account password. try the restart first, if that doesn’t work try changing your account password ---
