# \[APP\]\[Pro\] SONOFF Zigbee

Dear readers,  
I have successfully added a sonoff snzb-02 temperature/humidity sensor to my homey zigbee network.  
The sonoff app reports temperature and humidity, so basically the device and app function well.  
I have set the device settings to report at least every 600 seconds, and after a change of 0,1 degrees celcius.  
It looked to me in the homey app that the sonoff only reports every hour, to test this I have made a flow that is triggered at a 0.1 degree temp change, and in a script it reads the temp value and last update and mails me the values.  
Every hour I get a mail, despite temp changes within that hour and despite the set reporting value of 600 seconds. Also in the homey app, you would expect the last reported temp to be max 10 minutes old, but it is max one hour.  
Another thing is, that when calibrating the temp settings in advanced settings, it accepts all entries, except -0,3. When entering -0,3 the correction value automatically defaults back to zero. So I had to choose between -0,2 or -0,4.  
As these are battery devices I know I cannot expect realtime temp reports, but an hour interval is somewhat long. Is there something that can be done, it looks like the entered trigger values don’t actually trigger a report. From my side I cannot see if this is my own mistake, a device error, or an app imperfection.

Hi, that device is so new that I have yet to receive any information regarding the Zigbee specifications. When you have the device, please add it as a generic Zigbee device and let me know the Zigbee information it shows under settings. or better yet, send me the interview data you get here: [Homey Developer Tools](https://tools.developer.homey.app/tools/zigbee)

I have installed 2 ZBMINI’s for about half a year now. They are both in their own flow and function well. But a few times ( one or two times) the devices have been switched off or on by the app itself. The log in the Homey app than reads: “…switched off (or on) by Sonoff Zigbee”. As far as i can see these occurrences did not coincide with an update of the app. Any idea what this could be? Instable network?

Perhaps, but more likely a flow turns a room, a device class (lights / sockets) or group on and off. Easy to miss.

Yes, I have it ready for the bridge but must find time to do some administrative work due to the app having to be transferred to my “brand account”, prettyfied and approved by Athom.

Hi Just tried the Sonoff Zbmini L2 but doesn’t connect. It is connect correct because the manual button let me switch off the light on and off. I tried 2 different switches to assure they are not broken.

Anything special I need to do? These are my first switches to connect directly to Homey. I have the basic sonoff switches but these are trough MQTT protocol and still work fine.
