I’ve got a couple of ZBMINI-L that leave the network without a reason… Sometimes they work for a day, sometimes a few weeks. Maybe it has something todo with restarting homey. And since they are behind wall-switches it’s very annoying to repair them. I’ve made a report yesterday `b76a89df-cd30-4447-81d3-d51d622d8213` ---

Hi, quite new to Homey (i have a Homey Pro 2023 😄) and liking it very much! I bought a few new SNZB-02P sensors, but couldn’t get them to work properly, and then i found this post 😄 . When is the next release planned for the Sonoff app? And is there a way to add them in another way until then? ---

@johan_bendz Thanks for the app! Added some ZBMINI’s without any problems to homey! And they are working great! I’m also using 1 ZBMINI as a on/off device, no light. But Homey thinks it’s a light, so when I turn off all lights in homey, this one will alsof shut down. Is there a possibility to choose that this 1 will always be on, or better: assign an other device class? Thanks anyway for the app! 🙂 ---

I have the same problem here I see now, after restart of Homey, no connection to the network. Not using these devices a lot, the restart was a few days ago and noticed it now. Also made a report: 395f98ba-6809-4454-ad77-dec69240e379 ---

I’ve got a Sonoff R5W wall switch (6 switches - 3 trigger). It’s a zigbee device too. I would like to get it added to the “SonOff Zigbee App”, but I can not get it into pairing mode. There’s no reset button, I already put off/on the 2x 2032-batteries. I pressed the switches for 10 seconds - no change. As I know, I’ve to add it to Homey as generic zigbee device. Do you have a hint how to get it paired ? ---

By magic (or something else), after a 3rd PTP in a few weeks, the app/devices work again without doing something wit the app and/or the devices. Just to let you know. ---

I have exactly the same issue for 5 of these sensors. I had them integrated in my Smartthings hub untill last week and Smartthings did report the battery status. So the sensors can deliver the data, but Homey doesn’t recognize it. ---

I have a SNZB-02D device added to my Homey pro 2023. This device updates the temperature every hour. I looked into Advanced settings and found the settings ‘Temp max interval’ and ‘Temp min change’ I changed these values to 300 seconds and and 0.1 degree and restarted the application. Changing these values does give me more frequent updates. I still get a temperature update every hour. When I place the device from a colder to warmer location I get an update every 1 degree, this is the default according to the app. I even restarted my Homey after changing these parameters. Nothing seems to help. I always get an update every hour. When I blow into the top hole, I get an instant update. Is there something I can try to get more frequent updates? Or is this an issue in this app? Ronald ---

I have the same issue with my SNZB-02D. Even after changing values in the Advanced settings, I get updates every 1 degree and every hour. Any suggestion? Thanks Michal ---

I have problems pairing the NSZB-04 to my Homey pro 2023. Homey does not recognize the sensor, tried 30 times with the sensor open or closed. The same sensor pairs fine with my old HomeAssistant with a ConBee II Zigbee dongle. Did anybody succesfully pair the NSZB-04? ---

Hi all, sorry if this has already been discussed. I searcehd but couldnt find the following: I have multiple Zigbee Bridges from Sonoff. I wanted to integrate those to my Homey Pro (yes, got mine on Saturday) to enhance the Zigbee network as repeaters, but I cant add them via the App, since they are not listed. From what I can tell, the bridges are Zigbee controllers. In other words, they create their own Zigbee network (so that you can manage your devices via the eWeLink app). If that’s the case, you can’t use them with Homey’s Zigbee as a repeater/router (unless they happen to have a setting “I’m a router, not a controller”, but I doubt that). ---
