I did a similar setup with another Homey App and an API endpoint (instead of MQTT): [Local API | Homey](https://homey.app/de-ch/app/dev.dadda.localapi/Local-API/)

Setup Actions (Tested with my small Shelly Wall Displays)

Configure URL and “command”

And afterwards you can use a Flow to run commands per action:
