Does the web site for shell recharge ask the Ota for you?
Yes , I can not turn it off
Can you give me screenshot how it looks for you on the shell recharge website? It does not trigger for my account. Even though it is on for the mobile app
I tested again end no ota….
Restart Homey. Tride multi times en no it Works.
Whats the setting “auto instellingen? Is this the max that the car can charge? Because the charger can charge 22kw the car 11kw

Yes, it’s the charge the car will drain. So dry it to match what the car will use. This helps Homey to include it properly in the energy ratings of your home.
Does this work with homet energy? Since i cant see the amount of kwh its used and i can’t set the price .
It does but comes with some setup requirements. The shell recharge points originally from new motion dont report the kW usage live only after the session
So you need to setup the right kW drain yourself in the settings or through flow (allows for more dynamic behavior) and make sure you enabled the Include charge capacity in Energy setting (that is a custom one next to the Exclude from energy that Homey also supports).
With that all setup (I use the flow to keep track of the meassurements from my car and apply the kW measures into the charge point) it should show in the Energy dashboard.
If you added the device long ago, you migh have to re-add the device since it requires the the device type to be correct, I did add that EV charger device type some time ago, but I dont believe they get updated to existing devices.
How does that flow look like. For me my charge point is off and the animation still says the ev point is charging
On versus active charging makes a difference, teal light versus dark blue light. But those animations are not very accurate on my side. I don’t know how Homey animations are determined but it goes a bit over the place right now.
But my logic is: when charging the app uses the attribute off charging power as the current usage. That attribute you can change from flows if you have a alternative measure device (like your car or a kwh device). So this one is an estimation.
Once the session ends I get the real kwh usage from the api and update that to the energy value. So that one is accurate but jumps after sessions.
Homey energy dashboard users both values to animate, show totals etc. But…
And when not charging, it still uses a bit of power, maybe Homey cares about that 1w value already enought to consider it part of the animation.
