Hi. Is it common that Ruuvitag keeps dropping out all the time? My tag is only around 2,5 meters away from the Homey hub, behind one wooden wall. I tried also another position, but same thing happened.

It happened to me sometimes when I didn’t have a ruuvi gateway. In the device parameters you can increase the number of attempts before marking the device as off, or you can disable notifications for this device

Well, I am not worried about the notifications, but when the connection is down for several hours or even days, there is no data available. It is a matter or reliability which I am disappointed in.

Hi. I added the support for Ruuvi Air in the app ; you can add it like you would do for a Tag. I pushed it as a test version, I’m interested if anyone can test (both for Ruuvi Air when it will be available and for regression…). Thanks

Is there a way to do temperature offset correction, I get different values with the ruuvi app vs homey

No there is no offset. However it’s strange that you get different values, I use the same formula as Ruuvi to compute the values.

On which one do you have a different value ? It’s not a difference due to a different refresh rate but a real difference ?
