I don’t own a Renault unfortunately but a Dacia so I have not way to test it. I think anyway I found what’s the issue thanks to Blomstrand comment. I just pushed a new version to the store (2.6.1). Can you please try it and let me know if it’s working correctly? If someone would be so nice to give me temporary credentials for their Renault Car, i would be able to test it. Hi, Thanks to Hugo I got some credentials to fix the Renault implementation but sadly I discovered that Renault is not returning anymore this data via api: - Battery Available Energy - Battery Temperature - Charging Instantaneous Power so i removed icons from the app panel I just published **version 2.6.3** that, once verified by homey, will be avalable on the Homey App repository so you’ll be able to install it. 2.6.3 has now feature parity between Renault and Dacia and it fixed all the bugs. I have a problem with preheating. I have a button that activates the preheater. The problem is that it’s only running for 1-6 minutes and then turns off. In the log it says Inactivated by Renault and Dacia. This is with the car not plugged in I need to test with the car plugged in but I dont think There’s any difference. ---

I wanted to tell you about a problem I am having with my Homey. I have very little feedback, just the autonomy, the connection of the car and the battery charge rate (everything else is missing). So I tried it under Home Assistant using a similar application to connect to my Renault space. When connecting, I had the possibility to choose between two instances on my account (although I only have one car!) The first instance gave me very little information while the second instance brought up almost everything! Can you see if the problem does not occur when I connect with the application? Hallo, ich kann meinen neuen dacia nicht mit dem homey verbinden. Ich hatte bereits einen dacia drin und es hat auch alles funktioniert. Jetzt habe ich einen neuen. Ich habe den alten aus der dacia app gelöscht und den neuen dazu gefügt. In der dacia app geht alles. Nur findet homey jetzt den neuen nicht. Weiß jemand woran es liegen könnte? ---

Nach einigen erfolglosen Versuchen, habe ich nun einen neuen Dacia Account mit anderer Email Adresse angelegt. Mit den neuen Zugangsdaten konnte ich dann auch den neuen Dacia Spring wieder in homey integrieren. ---

I don’t use ‘start charge’ but I use ‘Always’ to charge and ‘Scheduled’ to stop. But, for my Megane it doesn’t work lately. ’ Start charge’ and ‘Stop charge’ never worked for me. ---

No not anymore. I have to reach out to the developer to make it work I guess. But, I’m not sure it is only my car or also/ maybe the charging station for my car. Either way, you can try to charge your car by setting your car to ‘always’ in Homey and stop charging by setting your car to scheduled in Homey. That’s how it used to work for me. ---

@Hugo , I 've tested the always/scheduled switch of the app, and it does not work with my Megane too. Nothing happens to the car charging mode when using this switch. So I guess it does not work anymore ☹ Please let me know if you find the solution while contacting the app’s developper 🙏 ---

# **no option to reauthenticate** Hello, this app Renault and Dacia has no option to reauthenticate so when a password is changed, it is not working anymore. is there a workaround for this? uninstalling seems to also remove the device. ---
