I built a Homey app for the Ratio Electric EV chargers. **What the app does** Pair with your Ratio app email and password, then see from Homey: - Charging power, status and mode - Which vehicle is connected - Energy charged today and in total\* - Firmware information - Errors - WiFi/Ethernet connectivity _\* The charger itself doesn’t keep a running kWh counter, so the “charged today” and “total” values are estimated from power readings, and can be slightly inaccurate after a brief interruption in the connection to Ratio’s cloud._ From Homey (or through Flows) you can start or stop charging, change the charging mode, and optionally set a maximum charging current (Basic mode only). Flow cards let you read or set the charging mode, assign a specific vehicle to your charge, and react to charging being blocked, your power being reduced by the grid operator, or a firmware update becoming available. A new test version (1.1.0) is ready. What has changed: - The dashboard widget can now start/stop charging and switch the charging mode directly. - Vehicle-related wording is more consistent across Flow cards and the widget. **Ratio Electric — (1.1.2 &) 1.1.3** Small update with widget improvements: - **Added:** the widget now shows the current charging session’s energy. - **Added:** you can now choose which parts of the widget to show — current session, charged today, and the charging control can each be turned off individually. - **Changed:** the widget now refreshes every 5 seconds instead of 30, so you’ll see more up-to-date numbers while charging. - **Changed:** improved code quality and fixed several minor bugs. Nice! But for some reason the app wont install? Ahh, my bad. it wont work with Homey Pro (2019)..? ---

Sorry about that! This app is built with Homey’s Python Apps SDK. The Homey Pro (2016–2019) can’t run Python apps at all, so unfortunately there’s no way to install it on that model. ---

How can I change the settings to make it possible to choose a charging mode in the widget? ---

Hi, I ordered the Ratio Solar MID with load balancing, but I have a question about using it with Homey and a home battery, for example: Can the charging current be set while in Smart/SmartSolar (load balancing on), e.g. via the minimum charging current? It looks like the current card only works in Basic.
