I also don’t understand how to use those “hour“-variables in the 15-min-version of PBTH…

Did another test this morning:
01:00 and 05:41 EET JSON shows: `{"0":0.0549,"1":0.048,"2":0.0404,"3":0.0336}`

05:42 restarted PbtH, takes 15-30 secs for it to do the calculations and presto:
`{"0":0.0549,"1":0.048,"2":0.0404,"3":0.0336,"4":0.0534,"5":0.0488,"6":0.0349,"7":0.0331,"8":0.05,"9":0.0348,"10":0.0324,"11":0.0299,"12":0.0383,"13":0.0349,"14":0.032,"15":0.026,"16":0.0352,"17":0.034,"18":0.0259,"19":0.0243,"20":0.0297,"21":0.0271,"22":0.0288,"23":0.0264,"24":0.0412,"25":0.05,"26":0.05,"27":0.0632,"28":0.05,"29":0.05,"30":0.0664,"31":0.0736,"32":0.074,"33":0.085,"34":0.0849,"35":0.0642,"36":0.1,"37":0.0642,"38":0.075,"39":0.0608,"40":0.1,"41":0.0928,"42":0.0566,"43":0.05,"44":0.1041,"45":0.0788,"46":0.05,"47":0.0358,"48":0.05,"49":0.05,"50":0.045,"51":0.0357,"52":0.05,"53":0.04,"54":0.0377,"55":0.0369,"56":0.044,"57":0.0374,"58":0.0371,"59":0.0372,"60":0.0352,"61":0.0359,"62":0.0365,"63":0.0376,"64":0.0382,"65":0.0388,"66":0.0383,"67":0.0377,"68":0.0378,"69":0.0372,"70":0.0367,"71":0.0355,"72":0.0376,"73":0.0369,"74":0.0352,"75":0.0343,"76":0.0365,"77":0.0345,"78":0.0336,"79":0.033,"80":0.0329,"81":0.0323,"82":0.0275,"83":0.0252,"84":0.0283,"85":0.026,"86":0.0238,"87":0.021,"88":0.0236,"89":0.0225,"90":0.0193,"91":0.017,"92":0.0167,"93":0.0161,"94":0.0156,"95":0.0122}`

In this app I like give still my experience about live data.

There where days that the JSON file was changing in day time. We get suddenly wrong numbers.
Therefore I copied that file in a variable when they came in.
The 1 hour timing was with the When-card for that. So it is a little selfsupporting.

For now I testing a little flow to count the quarter-hour number for reading that JSON file.

@Gruijter

Can you let us know if you are on this?

I see two issues:

1. Reducing amount of prices, every 15 minutes. Also seen by @OH2TH

> After reboot I receive a full amount of prices, but every 15 minutes, I receive 1 less.

1. No new price trigger on xx:15. Also seen by @Shol. (One thought is that I see a double trigger at xx:00, this may be related)

If I am correctly informed the app supports 15 min prices?!
How do I configure it to show price changes per 15 min instead of per hour?

I’m experiencing an issue with the CZ\_Czech Repulic\_CEPS price feed — tomorrow’s prices are not loaded at all unless I reboot Homey or restart the app. Without a restart, the prices simply never appear. After a restart, they are loaded immediately.

This issue started this week and only affects CZ\_Czech Republic\_CEPS. The CZ\_Cezch Republic\_PL\_CZ prices load and update correctly without any restart.

Has anyone knows what could be causing it?

Thanks!

Hi,

First of all I like to thank you for the great job you did so far!

I noticed the quarterly based PBTH app (PBTQ?) still has a testing status. So, I wonder what the reason is: what is not (yet) functioning as expected (and what are the actual limitations of the test version)? And when is the stable version expected to be released? Btw, I also noticed Athom does not support quarterly tariffs in flow cards (yet), so that can also be an indication switching from hours to quarters is more complex than I think.

(to be honest, I didn’t read the numerous previous posts…)

I didn’t see an answer to my previous post, so here again an attempt. For the card below I would expect the amount of 15 minute blocks that the prices are lowest to be more than the current maximum of 8. Maybe I do not understand the card correctly, but I’d like to use this to charge a battery for 12 times 15 minutes blocks with the lowest prices between 7 PM and 7 AM. It’s not possible to add 12 as 8 is the maximum.

Next question or request:

Would it be possible / an idea to add the NOT output to the card below? With the card below I start charging for the cheapest 2 hours between 7 PM and 7 AM. With the NOT output it would be possible to stop charging when the next hour is not the 2 cheapest hours between 7 PM and 7 AM. I can’t find a proper solution for this with the other cards available. Thanks.

Today I switched to another energy supplier and tried to update the electricity cost settings accordingly (new tariffs). I (still) use the PBTH stable version 6.7.2. However, changing the settings result in a ‘time out’:

 ![Screenshot 2025-12-23 at 14.22.10](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex025/uploads/athom/original/3X/9/c/9c4f215a370c60587c956821ade70fd89bad7a19.png)

I also tried:

- Creating a new PBTH electricity ‘Day-Ahead E prices’ device
- Restarting the PBTH app
- Restarting Homey
- Replacing dot by comma as decimal separator (in the existing settings, a comma is shown)

Unfortunately, all had same result: ‘time out’ after attempting to change _anything_ in the PBTH electricity device settings and save.

I also tried after 10 minutes again and got another error:

 ![image](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex025/uploads/athom/original/3X/9/1/9196edda7d2b58d9bfe9def2628058d9fbb73f04.png)

When I got this error and restarted the PBTH app, I get the ‘time out’ error again.

What goes wrong or do I miss?
