Hi, I have an issue with 2 of the 4 hue remotes (version 2). When I reset them (using the button on the back) and then pair them to my Homey, they will work but after some time (30 min) they will lose connection and a red light blinks when I press a button. It wil not reconnect. Does anyone know a fix to this problem?

Hi @MiniKoelkast, can you please try a few things:
- restart the app or homey
- use the devices a few times and then wait for them to stop working, when they do… try using them a few times more
- send a diagnostic report from the app
- remove the non working units from Homey
- disable the app (do not remove it, just disable it)
- pair the units as generic Zigbee
- check if they still are loosing the connection after a while

A question to the maker, i bought a year back a Hue Being lamp. Added to homey and works fine with your app.
A few weeks back i bought a new for a other room, but i think this is the one with bluetooth, and is a different 1 than the one iv’e got already working.
Anyway i got problems with adding this to homey, i’m keep getting the device added as a unknown zigbee device.
The product id i’m seeing is 929003055201. Can you help and if this is a new product can you add it to the next update of the app? If you need anything let me know! Thanks.

If a device is added as an unknown Zigbee device, it’s not supported.

I have new lamps : Philips Hue Ambience1100 lumen (806 lumen @ 2700K)
Model Number on Bulb : 9290024684
Sourced @ : CoolBlue
They are also not recognized by the app.
Tried to add them as “Bulb E27 White Ambience BT”
Connect Message after pairing = “Could not find a Homey APP for this device, it has been added as Basic Zigbee Device.”
The Basic Zigbee Device does seem to have all the functionality working though (On/Off, Dimming, Temperature control)

I tested this version for the Hue Indoor sensor. The sensor is recognized but the app makes a occupancy sensor of it, but I selected a Motion sensor.
The occupancy sensor works a bit different than a motion sensor but now you can use the sensor.

The Occupancy behavior is the correct one for this device, the Motion behavior was used before based on legacy drivers. It does not matter what driver you choose when you install the unit, the correct driver (in this case the Occupancy sensor) will always be used. Only time you have a need to choose a driver is when different apps support the same unit, then the driver you choose will be used.

Anyone that knows why my HUE Outdoor Sensor doesn’t get recognized and show up as a unknown ZigBee unit?
Any tip to get it to work?
