If the switch is not listed, then it’s not currently supported by the app. However, in the thread history and on [GitHub](https://github.com/JohanBendz/com.philips.hue.zigbee/issues/357) there are already requests to include the switch. ---

I’m having issues adding hue outdoor occupancy sensor. I’ve tried adding it through hue bridge and the official “hue” app but it’s not found. Then I tried adding it directly through “hue without the bridge” app but it’s just discovered as basic zigbee device I have another one, same model, which I couldn’t connect to hue bridge app, but I connected that directly through “hue without the bridge” app. But this one just didn’t appear as the right device I’ve tried restarting app and homey all together without luck. Any suggestions? ---

I bought the same sensor today and can’t get it to connect to Homey. Just like you. Maybe it’s a new/upgraded model so the app doesn’t recognizes it? Sorry for not being able to help. ---

As I can see, the old Outdoor Sensor device ID is SML002 and the new is SML004. ---

Are there more Homey users with problems connecting to the Hue bridge? Since this morning all my Hue devices are not connected anymore. The app keeps searching for my bridge. However my bridge is connected to my network and with my Android Hue app I can switch my lights on and off. I just checked the ‘[meethue.com](http://meethue.com)’ website. In my account I can see that my bridge is online. Under the ‘Applications’-tab I can also see that my Homey has a connection. But it says that the last activity was 16 hours ago. I have a Hue bridge version 2 with software version 4.10.0 (9396) and a Homey Pro with Hue app 5.5.4 and Homey firmware version 7.1.7. Restart of the Homey and the bridge didn’t help. Nothing has been changed or updated since yesterday. ---

Somehow the problem seems to have resolved itself! I have no clue what could have changed. But i’m glad everything works again! 😀 ---
