I guess so. It is an outdoor sensor, though, SML002, but the other ones are working just fine.

OK, try interviewing the “lost” device. If you are able, check if it behaves better after this. If this does not help you should send Athom a diag and contact support.

Hi I need help.
I bought Outdoor Strip 5m + Dimmer switch (new).
1. then pair it strip → against homey. work 🙂
2. then pair switch → strip work.
but then homey kicked one out of homey.
can it only be paired against one device?
i can only use swich now.
1. now I can not / know how to unpair switch so that it can be paired again.
then I thought pair switch to homey instead.
please is there anyone who knows / can … help … is starting to get crazy

You can reset the strip with the remote, hold the on and off buttons (I believe it is the same for the new one, the top and bottom button) pressed for 10 seconds until the strip blinks 3 times. Might need multiple tries before the strip blinks, make sure it really blinks!
The strip will also (immediately) fall into pairing mode, so if you start the pairing in Homey just before hand it will also include into Homey at the same time.

ok i try … it the same button on/off.
I have tried it only pair it on …
it flashes and then it works …
should try to holding longer.
then it should be possible to pair with Homey against the strip.

Hi @Peter_Ede, just remove (delete) the switch dimmer from Homey and pair it again. If you don’t see it in Homey it’s already gone and you can pair it again.

**Test users for Power On Control wanted**
There is now a new version of the app at Github (must be installed using CLI) with Power On Control functionality active.
I would be happy to get some feedback regarding if this works on all kinds of lights (white, white ambiance, color) and ages (early models, new models). I know not all Hue firmware’s support the feature so some older lights might just ignore the function, but what I would like to know is if any lights will experience problems.

I fixt it.
To unpair new switch button . Push HUE-Button 15sec.
And to pair Strip just cut power and wait 1min and then turn power on. Now pair it.

Here is my test report for OFF setting when power restored :
**LCP002** and **LCP001** - the default settings “OFF” was ignored - I had to switch settings first to default ON and then OFF - working as desired after
**LTC001** - working from the start, accepting setting OFF
**LTW013** - again same problem, had to set them to ON and then default OFF - then my Zigbee possibly collapsed when performing on/off test - after reboot all working fine
**LWW001** - working fine (I already pre-set them to ON/OFF however…)
All lights are aprox. 2 years old but have applied already firmware which did support power restore behavior (…it might be ~2019). So quite happy with that. 😉
What was the un-intentional behavior you mentioned some time ago ?

The problem last time was that some lights ended up as “broken” in Homey. Was fixed with an update without the functionality.

Build: v.2.0.33
Here is my report on testing **Power On Control** functionality.
Tested on the “ **Econic light** ” = **1743830P7** outdoor lights.
Selecting: [On with default brightness], [Off] and [Restore last state and brightness] al were OK. Result is expected behaviour.
Note: Is it correct that the images are not corrected for the installed outdoor sensors SML002? When you add a new outdoor sensor they have the right image/picture. Its no problem they are working I leave it as it is.

Forgive me if I ask something that has been asked before; I browsed this topic but still have some questions…
I am in the process of migrating _part_ of my Hue setup from the Philips Hue App (with bridge) to this App (without the bridge), in order to extend the Homey zigbee setup with more routers.
My questions:
- will I be able to control the "non bridge’ lamps with this:
- Running both Hue Apps simultaneously shouldn’t give any issues. Is that correct?
- my children like to use an App on their phone that listens to sounds and causes the Hue lights to light up / dim and change colour ([Hue Disco](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=nl.ijsdesign.huedisco)). Lights no longer connected to the Hue Bridge will not be controlled anymore. Is an alternative available to still have this effect?

Hoi Johan,
I’m using a Hue Play bar and made a flow to act as a wake-up light. After the flow has ended, the light is now 100%, the variable of the dim level is still 1% (0.01). Is it possible to update the dim level during the flow?
I want to start my radio when it is 80%. Now it looks like the lamp stays at 1%.
Tried it with two different dimming prosibilities: dim level en relative dim level. Both the same issue.

I have difficulty adding a Hue Ceiling light. It will not pair.
In the Philips Hue App it is know as " **Hue ambiance ceiling" model LTC001**. That model is not supported in the HomeyApp (no bridge) under that name. But, it looks a lot like the “ **Being ceiling lamp** ” mentioned in the App.
Is this the same light?
To pair it, I removed in from the Philips Hue App. This resets the light and puts in in pairing mode. In Homey I try to add it as “Being ceiling lamp”, but nothing happens. If i try to re-add it to the Philips App, it is found immediately (so, it is open for a pairing session).
