Hi Olivier,

I wanted to report something that might be useful. I have two Mitsubishi devices connected through MELCloud Home: a split unit (air-to-air) at another property, and my Ecodan (air-to-water) at Los Cipreses.

The Ecodan periodically goes offline in Homey for several hours, sometimes a full day, with no apparent trigger. The split unit, on the same MELCloud account, has never gone offline. This makes me think it’s not a general MELCloud server issue, but something specific to the air-to-water (ATW) backend or how the session/token is handled for ATW devices.

Next time it happens, I’ll check whether the official Mitsubishi app also loses connection to the Ecodan at the same time, to confirm whether it’s server-side or specific to the Homey integration. I’ll let you know what I find.

Have you seen similar reports from other ATW/Ecodan users, or any known instability on that side?

Thanks again for all your work on this app.

Best regards,
Francisco

Hi. I getting this msg?
When I open the app on android app and web

 ![Screenshot_20261019_120952_Homey](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex025/uploads/athom/original/3X/f/9/f98db4c7b3a319a2a01db375351e7da4704dcdc3.jpeg)

EDIT:
Did turn off all power/energy display in advanced settings, so now it the error msg is gone.

I may have been playing in the settings sometime, or if some updates change the setting?

Hi @Mike_Nono,

I’ve added this error message because energy values didn’t, and behind the scenes it was the issue of MELCloud API not updating the values everyday.

You can send a diagnostic report if you believe the message is an error and that updates are good.

Kind regards

Hi @Francisco_Roldan_Jim, you’re the only one who reported that, please let me know if it still occurs with last week’s update.

Kind regards

No that’s ok. No need to debug
I know that the unit FH35 do not support power/energy reading.

But now I know why I did get the error message.
And all is back to normal now, after I turned all off in the settings

Thanks
