If you like individually addressable LEDs, I would suggest WLED as controller firmware (on an ESP8266 or ESP32). Also controllable from Homey with [[App] D.A.L.O.R - Digitally Addressable LEDs On Rest](https://community.homey.app/t/app-d-a-l-o-r-digitally-addressable-leds-on-rest/42127)
