Goedeavond. Ik ben nieuw op dit forum. Mijn excuus als mijn vraag al eerder behandeld is. Ik probeer mijn LG warmtepomp te verbinden. Ik krijg het LG login scherm. Er lijkt inderdaad niets te gebeuren. Daarna voer ik nogmaals mijn wachtwoord in en krijg ik continue de melding “this account was already used to subscribe to The Netherlands. To use services of USA, please subscribe with a new account”. Wat kan ik het beste doen? BVD, Eric

Je moet ook het goede land selecteren. User password. Inloggen , het scherm veranderd een beetje, je ziet nu Google onderin. Selecteer en kopieer het adres dat nu in de balk staat en paste dat in de app
