Logs show no error. What error do you get when trying to change the socket interval? As of now there is no changed keys in that update so nothing changed.

I gave no error message after changing.

In the log after changing the polling interval to 10 sec, device 2/2 is still on 4 sec

Also device 1/2 with 30 sec of polling interval cannot be changed

You tried changing your P1, can you try a different value that is currently set, and sent diagnostic

Ok it still same line without they key, I would expect a restart message but I see that is debug flagged so it doesnt show anymore.

So back to your issue, energy and energy socket need to be 4s poll but are not aligned?  
As I dont see other errors its hard for me to remotely understand the problem as there is no fetch error at all.

Indeed P1 and energysocket 2/2 need to be both on 4 sec and aligned so that both values correspond at the same time.

Why can I not change the polling values of both energy sockets while P1 I can?

try to change your energy sockets to both 4s and share another report to me.  
There is code on delaying 1s per socket but only with very high amount of sockets to spread the load, in your case you have 2 which passes that check and does not affect the interval you pick.

Weird, you app doesnt update the log I keep getting the same results.  
I think the app log somehow got stale. Please stop/start and try again.

indeed, value of device 1 is now updated every 4 sec instead of 30 sec before.
