Thinking out loud (can’t hurt to give it a shot): it might be the wifi setup being too ‘modern’ for the white balls. Temporary try to set it to very basic (like 1995) and try again. When they are linked and ‘see’ eachother, you can try reverting the changes to your wifi setup. > [@Problems connecting your new Homey Pro to your WiFi?
