I took another look into that night mode. I already thought it was strange because it’s actually built-in. When you switch your phone to dark theme, the entire Homey app changes, as well as the Home Overview widget I could add an option in the widget settings so you can choose. Automatic, dark, or light. ---

For the homey dashboard I prefere the dark mode but not for other apps. So I dont put the whole mobile into dark mode. Some other widgets for homey have a setting for constant dark mode. ---

🏠 Home Overview v1.10.84 – New Local Dashboard ready for testing A new test version of Home Overview (v1.10.84) is available! In this version I’d especially like to get your feedback on the new Round Dashboard. ⭕ The dashboard is available through a local link, so you can open it in a browser on a device connected to the same local network as your Homey. This makes it especially useful as a dashboard on a tablet or other dedicated screen. How to test it 1. Install/update to Home Overview v1.10.84 (test). 2. Open the Home Overview app settings. 3. Configure the required Round Dashboard settings and choose what you want to show on the dashboard. 5. Use the local link shown there to open the dashboard. You can drag and drop the icons on the main screen as you like. Hello Erikje, Ihad a quick look at the new dashboard. It looks realy good. Well done. It seems that the change from color to white mode within the light section is not working. I will test intensive tomorrow. ---

I just pushed v1.10.150 to test. A tremendous amount of work went into it, mainly to roll out a new style across Energy, Lights, Climate, and Speakers in the Round Dashboard. > **[Home Overview | Homey](https://homey.app/en-us/app/com.homeoverview/Home-Overview/test/)** > > One widget. This idea was actually sparked by my daughter—she wanted to be able to control some things too, and that’s how the idea came about. ---

I really like the idea of multiple different profiles. So I can create one for me and another one for my wife. She don’t have to have access to all devices 😂 ---

**Version 1.11.1: Profiles for the Round Dashboard** Version **1.11.1** is available in the test environment as of today! This update makes it possible to create custom profiles for the Round Dashboard. For each profile, you can define exactly who is allowed to see and control each section. **What can you configure for each profile?** · **Modules:** Choose which dashboard modules are visible. · **Devices & Services:** Define per category (lights, speakers, climate devices, scheduling, monitoring and modes) which devices are visible and whether they can be controlled. · **Permissions:** Enable or disable multiple options in one action. **How to create a profile** 1. I really hope you’ll enjoy the new features! Quite a lot of time, testing and research has gone into this update, and I’m very happy with how it has turned out. Most of all, I hope it adds something useful to your setup. And naturally, I’m already thinking about what could come next. 😉 One of the things I’m currently investigating is **remote dashboard access outside your local network**. This would mean that you could potentially connect to your dashboard even when you’re away from home and not connected to the same network. I’m also considering **registering a dedicated domain** for this purpose and combining it with a Homey login, with the goal of making remote access both easy to use and as secure as possible. There would be a small yearly cost involved. It’s nothing significant, but before putting more time and effort into developing and maintaining this feature, I’d really like to know whether this is something the community would actually use. ---

Hi Erikje, first I want to say thank you for your exelent work. I’ve just done a first quick test with the new version. In the general configuration for the lights, I enabled three lights in one zone. However, in the Dashboard settings, only two of them appear under the light settings. The same applies to the corresponding zone in the Dashboard itself. The missing light is connected via a smart plug, which is defined as a connected device with the device type “light”. I completely understand what you mean, but I haven’t really found a way to make that clearer because when the device name is shown underneath, it’s very small and long names are, well, long. By the way, if you long-press on a light device, it takes you to the device itself. ---
