Same issue on my 11x Z-trm6
I have issues with calibrating sensor value, i have two Z-TRM6 mounted over each other showing different temp on the internal sensor. I have tried to change in calibration setting but the temp does not change at all on the floor or internal sensor. In app
If i try on the device it does not look lite it is saving the defined calibration value!
Could you try to alter the calibration to an internal or floor sensor in app and ondevice with ex 60 to see if the temperature reading actually changing?
Same problem here , tried to set the internal temp sensor to 60 and nothing happens.
Also i think it would be better if the orange âlightâ only is on when the relay is ON ⌠now it is orange even when thermostat is idle âŚ
I recently had a TRM6 installed, and I am unfortunately not able to add it as a device on my Homey Pro 2023. I follow the instructions in the Homey app (holding center button etc) and I see the screen on the homey app changes (number 1 icon turns green) while the LED segments on the termostat are rotating. Then the thermostat times out and âERRâ appears. I have tried bringing the Homey closer, restarting it, restarting the app, cutting power to the thermostat, but to no avail.
Do you have any tricks and tips on what else I could try?
For info I also have 2x TRM3 thermostats working just fine.
Many thanks!
I struggled a bit too. Same problem as you. When the no. 1 is ok, push the mid button to get ERR, and do it again. Donât go out of the app, just have it up while you do all of this, the no.2 should be ok too.
Many thanks @K.Olsen!! Your tip worked like a charm
Sorry if this is a repost, how can I search in a topic for answer?
To my question:
I have several HeatIt push buttons, Microdim and Fibaro dimmers. How can I long press on HeatIt button to dim?
Hello everyone, I have a Heatit Z-temp3 and a Shelly Qubino Wave 2PM controlling a Salus T30NC. Iâd like to ask for advice on setting up automation in Flow.
Hereâs what I need:
The desired temperature is 23°C.
If the actual temperature drops by 1°C below the set temperature (i.e., 22°C), I want the Shelly Qubino Wave 2PM to turn on.
Once the actual temperature reaches the set temperature again (23°C), I want the Shelly Qubino Wave 2PM to turn off.
Is this the right approach in Flow, or is there another method I should use? Thanks in advance for your help!
Hello. So Iâve replaced all my switches in the house with Z-Dim2. While trying to program them I am having issues with the âwhen button is sceneâ and âwhen any button is pressedâ. They donât do anything. Then I found a single post here about changing the settings of the device to âScene controller functionâ. This did indeed work, but brings some other issues with it. First of all, the UI does not tell you that you have to do this in order for those triggers to work. Secondly the dimmer does not work if it loses connection to the hub. The first issue I can live with, but the second one I can not. If the dimmer loses connection to the hub I want it to still work as a dumb dimmer, not stop working entirely. How do we solve this predicament?
Hello Heatit support:
I bought some Heatit Z-TRM6 in early 2024, they come with firmware 1025 , and they only show these few states:
Recently I bought few Z-TRM6, and they are having 1031 firmware version, but they are showing few more states:
Is there anything that I could do in order to make my old Z-TRM6 showing the same as the newer ones?
Is there a way to upgrade the firmware?
Thank you.
V3.9.3 breaks all zm thermostats
And all trm6 Are still going to default room sensor when app restarts .
Hi,
I am having the same problem heatit z-han2 device that is added to the other power consumption and not indicating the total consumption⌠Was there a solution on the issue?
Noticed this as well. Incredible annoying! @HeatitControlsAB Can you fix this please?!
Where is this screenshot from? Where can I check this on my homey?
Thank you @F3006
Should the TX queued be zero? Or is everything fine if TX queued and TX sent is the same, and error is 0%?
On my Homey the issue was fixed in Heatit app version 3.8.5 and after that the Z-HAN2 value has been reported correctly as cumulative. I am currently running 3.9.0 which is the latest non-test version, and it is still behaving correctly.
What version of the Heatit app are you running? It seems like some changes were done to Z-HAN2 support in 3.9.3 but I am not on that version. I do consider updating to 3.9.4 but I am hesistant as there have been breaking changes and unstability affecting Z-TRM6 in several releases now.
Thanks for answering. I spoke to Thermo Floor and they suggested the experimental version 3.9.4 (had to add /test to the adress of the app to get this version). This solved the issue and the total energy is now correct. I dont remember what version I had before that, but installed my Homey unit last week. I dont know if the latest official version of heat it then was installed, but would believe so and that did not report correct total energy.
@HeatitControlsAB Can you please fix so that the correct sensor is shown? It is still going to default internal sensor, and even if we choose floor sensor, it will not show on the first page. Super annoying!
@HeatitControlsAB , I am facing the same issues as K.Olsen, where the internal temperature is shown in the current temperature overview with the set temperature above. It should show the (in my case) External sensor temperature. Please let me know what I can do to support on this to get it fixed.
