If you already have the Charge in the Futurehome App, you can change/reset the Network Type - and select Smarthub (=Zigbee), if adding for first time follow the steps here; [https://support.futurehome.no/hc/en-no/articles/12845306686493-Futurehome-Charge-Provisioning-First-setup](https://support.futurehome.no/hc/en-no/articles/12845306686493-Futurehome-Charge-Provisioning-First-setup)

Choose the Network Type: ‘Smarthub’ (=Zigbee). Then when you start the pairing of the Charge to Futurehome hub, press Cancel right away and start the inclusion in Homey instead.

This has worked three out of three times for me.

You need to use Bluetooth to enable the Zigbee pairing, and that is why the Futurehome app has two devices - one connecting by Bluetooth to enable the pairing and the second being the actual ZigBee device handler.
