It’s not clear how to create and manage the groups seamlessly at the moment and there are no new options in the app settings. Will there be some documentation or an update to the website soon? ---

I have seen the flow cards, but it still isn’t entirely clear on the workflow Active and Activate, people are likely to get confused by this It would be much more preferable to be able to create groups and assign modes to groups within the app settings I know this will be a gamechanger once I have everything up and running, but I think using flow cards to create groups, is quite clunky and time consuming ---

@deejayreissue That’s however not the philosophy behind FlowBits. Every core feature is manageable from flows and if one particular thing isn’t, that’s weird and unclear in my opinion. Also from a code standpoint, there is a clear line between what is in app settings and what’s not. Making this feature entirely in app settings would mean refactoring how everything in FlowBits works and that is not something that I’m going to do as it works quite well. ---

Ok fair enough, but now please explain to me how to create a group and how to add each mode to a group? I run an operations team in an events company turning over 500 events a year and even for me, I find the current workflow of this new feature very confusing ---

You will be prompted that a new mode/group is being added. Once you save the flow, the mode and group is created and can be used anywhere. I was looking for this in configuration too, but overall I think this method saves work.
