Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! The Flo by Moen was installed by our builder as a marketing item and not being a programmer I wasnā€™t sure how I was ever going to get it communicating with Homey. I think it communicated with Google Home, but functionality was so limited I never integrated it. ---

Thanks for building this app! Maybe I missed something, but when I try to add a shutoff device I only receive a pop-up showing ā€˜trueā€™. Then it stops and wont add the device. ---

Unfortunately, I canā€™t reproduce your issue. Could you send a diagnostic report right _after_ this occurs? ---

It looks like it cannot retrieve an access token: ```auto 2025-07-09T11:47:29.785Z [log] [App] [Client] [c:default] [s:xxxxx] [Token] Requesting 2025-07-09T11:47:45.638Z [log] [ManagerDrivers] [Driver:watershutoff] Pair Session Disconnected ``` Could you completely remove the app, install it again and try to add your device again? I also see that you are running on an experimental version of Homey, but I donā€™t think that is the problem. Also, please make sure you and Homey can access [https://api.meetflo.com](https://api.meetflo.com). ---

I am seeing the same /True error could it be server problem ? I called their support and they said my account on the server got locked. This happens all the time on Home Assistant. Doesnā€™t unlock automatically.
