This app can manage Flexit Nordic units. It can either connect to a unit over local network using the BACnet protocol or any unit connected to a cloud account.

Local connections require Homey and the unit to be on the same network, similar to when you directly connect the Flexit Go app to Homey. Cloud connections require that you register your unit to a Flexit account and log in to that account in the app (no passwords stored in the app).

You can find the app here: [Flexit GO | Homey](https://homey.app/a/com.barelysufficient.flexit)

Hope this is useful to you and happy to receive any suggestions or other feedback.

Thanks @dalo.

Just added support for filter maintenance in the test version. You can now both reset the filter counter as well as set the filter change interval directly in the app. You’ll find this under the maintenance and the advanced settings sections respectively.

You can find the test version here: [Flexit GO | Homey](https://homey.app/a/com.barelysufficient.flexit/test/)

Now it should also be possible to adjust the fan speeds for the various modes both through Advanced Settings and through flows.

Temperature control in the UI and flows will also always affect the active mode rather than always setting the home mode. You can also set the temperature for a given mode through the settings.

Hello

Thank you very much for making this app!

Is it a possibility to add how long fireplace is supposed to be active?
When I activate it now, it lasts for 20 minutes. But is it possible to make this variable?

That will work 👍🏼 Will that make it adjustable with flows?

One more thing I noticed when making a new flow for the ventilation system right now, is it possible to make a “When ventilation mode changed” card?

Not automatically, but it is possible to make a flow card that can set the duration.

There should already be a “The fan mode changed to ”. Homey creates this one by default. I do think “ventilation mode” is better than “fan mode” though. Perhaps I can change this. I also find it a little bit annoying that you have to specify a specific mode for this card to trigger rather than triggering on any mode and then let the user use a “and the mode is” conditional card if they want to trigger on a specific mode.

Perfect!

You explained it better then I did, I found the fan changed to home for example. But as you mentioned, I want to use further down the line.

Ventilation mode changed → if ventilation mode is fireplace → do this.

Fireplace duration should not be configurable in settings and through flow.

Changing the name of the mode capability unfortunately did not have much effect on the flows Homey creates automatically, so I skipped that for now.

The app can now detect if dehumidification is active. There are also trigger/conditional cards for dehumidification being active or not.

Hi

For systems with preassure sensor on the coocker hood it automatically sets to “high” once the hood fan is activated.

Atm I’m monitoring the Flexit fan mode and don’t want to register “high” when I’m coocking food.

Not sure it that is possible but maybe you could add a when/and card for vent hood=on/off

Typically, a hood would trigger cooker mode, which is a separate mode on the unit. The homey app doesn’t support it because it cannot be triggered from the Flexit Go app, only from an appliance connected to a wire.

A bit hard to read from your message, but are you saying that the cooker triggers actual high mode? I.e both fans set to max? Or cooker mode, where one fan is max, the other is min?

Let me try to be more clear.

I receive Homey notifications whenever the fan mode changes to High, Fireplace, or Home. This is basically just so I can monitor the stability of some other flows.

But! Every time I use the kitchen hood, I also get a homey notification that the fan is set to High. So it seems to me that not only high=high but also cooker hood= high.

The official Flexit GO app is able to detect when the hood is on or off, so I assume some info on this status can be obtained, somehow.

 ![IMG_9059](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex025/uploads/athom/original/3X/1/7/1788c294fe8f4a768698ae4ae532bb95e2ad6a4c.jpeg)

The goal is to only be notified when the fan changes to High or Home in situations unrelated to cooking.

Ah okay. So the app doesn’t pick up the cooker hood mode properly and thinks it is high. I can probably fix that, just need to figure out how the app makes the distinction.

The test version now supports cooker mode.

The test version also supports adding cloud-connected units that are on a different network than Homey.
