HP19:

- **Delay** : Yes delay is known and unfortunately that’s how this eufy implemenation works. It’s reverserd engineered so it’s not a native implementation with standardized API’s
- **HP19 livestream**. You have to enable RTSP for the camera, also the camera needs to support that.

SHS:

- **Livestream** : nice that it works for RTSP. However as mentioned above if the camera doesn’t support RTSP there’s no livestream, limitation from Eufy
- **Snapshots** : I think I know why. This app includes 2 binaries of ffmpeg. Which is needed to translate a stream to a image. I never thought of SHS, ( i didnt know when i was building this). So ffmpeg is not found. however, can you try to install FFMPEG on your miniPC? The Eufy app should then autmatically find it in your system 🙂
