@Ronwell keep in mind that if you only share a Homebase you won’t see it in the extra account, In that case you have to invite the extra user as a resident to your house

Eufy can’t share stations which don’t have cameras connected to it. so that’s probably why it doesn’t work

So either invite the user as resident or wait until you have your camera’s
