Hello,@martijnpoppen Unfortunately, my video doorbell Eufy video doorbell E340 dual Lens 2K stopped working. The screens coming up normally, but pressing the doorbell button does not work. Until recently, everything was fine…☹ ---

I have family faces added to Homebase. But the name choices don’t appear in Homey ---

@Martin_Petrik ofcourse, but it will take a lot of time to decrypt what eufy is doing. So please be patient, i’ll do everything i can to have everything up and running. ---

@pettan_69 yes that’s what im mean. Eufy is migrating their API to something new. Homey and HomeAssistant are not ready for those changes. ---

Hi @martijnpoppen , I detected an issue I guess. The card “arm mode change” of Homebase 3 seems to not detect changes. Here is the diagnostic report: 05971fcf-3118-4ca2-b7f9-b017555f14c6 I tried to change the mode manually from eufy app and from Homey but the flow does not start.
