Hi @martijnpoppen I do not seem to get the event/snapshot images to work and get the newest image. Snapshot image stays on the placeholder, even when running a flow Any clue on how to troubleshoot this? I use the doorbell with hb3 Thanks! ---

Hmm, unfortunately the event and snapshot images in homey did not. Any way to debug this? running the same flow for another eufy cam also does not replace the placeholder image with a new image ---

**Hey @martijnpoppen,** First of all — thanks for the awesome Eufy app! 👏 It usually works great, but right now my backyard camera seems to have gone a bit… shy. Instead of a live feed, I’m getting this stylish _“Eufy Placeholder Image”_ — very modern art, but not exactly what I was hoping to see. 😅 Any idea what’s going on here? Is my camera taking a break, or did I mess up a setting somewhere? @r.7255 the live expect that you enable snapshots in the device settings . That is removed in the test version. Can you do that first and try again? ---

@martijnpoppen So sorry, but the battery drain issue I saw in all the 3.38.n versions is still there in 3.39.0.
