@Yeebo The DEBUG option is inside the app settings. It’s not the diagnostic report function. So the same page as the screenshot you shared. DM you can do that by clicking my name and press `Message` ---

I have enabled the debug option in the Eufy-settings. Only used the diagnostic report functionality to send you the ACTOR\_ID since this is a channel that is not public.
