@Timo_Diemer Any specific info ? Like: - How is your Camera connected. - Did if work before - Do you have snapshots setup in the flow - Is it only the snapshot or also other features (like event images, or sending commands) And also please send a diagnostic report after reproducing the issue ---

@martijnpoppen: My camera is connected via WiFi and I added the Camara to Homey via Dufy Security (now in version 3.29.4). I created two flows, one is just doing a snapshot at 14:00, the second is coping the latest snapshot to my nap. Yes, it worked before I could see my last in snapshot in the Homey app, but now I just see the picture I posted before. @Michael_Zimmer when they are added to the sdk which is used in this app. But that SDK is eu based and the water leak sensor seems USA only for now ---

@Timo_Diemer hmm I don’t see anything related why it shouldn’t work But I see the same for @hass @Capetrip and probably also @Davi-d I’ll check if I can reproduce But I already saw that my server which runs the snapshot server is not really holding up with all the request. So in the last hours it restarted already 6 times because of all the calls I’ll come back on this. But for now I grouped the message as you all seem to have the same issue ---

Hi M, I have just completely remove and restart from scratch in both eufy app and in homey app. It’s not super quick but at the end of the day I can get snapshots and events images in your homey app. Will add the 5 other cameras I have in see how it works after that. Then need to explore behavior in other app like WhatsApp snapshot after motion detection. It worked this morning but due to WhatsApp app for homey issue it was a bit erratic. Will keep you posted once everything works fine or if I face new issue. Thanks 🙏🏻 ---

haha thanks, i did read the Q&A because I had troubles but the answer was here, then I saw this. 🤣 question:: I have a s350 pan tilt. but it doesn’t make snapshots, but I can see the picture in a event. the thing is, when I use the flow cart make a snapshot, nothing happens. ---
