en ik zie bij een deurbel dat je kan flow kunt maken met ‘Persoon Gedetecteerd’ in eufy zie ik dat hij de persoon wel herkent maar in homey komt de persoon binnen als UNKNOW. Moet ik nog iets toegang geven? ---

@martijnpoppen hier een diagnose rapport `05e181bd-cf37-49f2-a6ae-810c8e36f9f7` ik heb een flow die een alarm moet uit/aanzetten bij aanwezigheid of afwezigheid maar dit werkt niet meer, de rest van de flow werkt wel. Hij verandert de beveiligings mode niet. ---

@Joni-be Ik zie ook geen notificatie binnenkomen in je report. Dus ik kan niet heel veel doen uiteraard. Kan je iets vertellen over wat je zou verwachten? Ik in zo’n rapport natuurlijk niet jouw use-case zien ---

@Joni-be aha je wilt van Homey naar Eufy. Ik zou aanraden even de Eufy app in Homey te herstarten. Dan kan hij opnieuw een P2P verbinding aanmaken Zag ook wat errors in het report van oude devices, dan los je dat ook direct op 👍 ---

Oké dat heeft het idd opgelost, best dan als er iets toegevoegd of verwijdert wordt, even de Eufy app in Homey herstarten? (Misschien is dit best practices en wist ik het nog niet, bij deze wel) ---

@Joni-be zou in theorie niet moeten, maar eufy heeft soms wel de neiging een client te blokkeren. Misschien heb je dat ook wel eens gemerkt als je op je telefoon een event wilt terugkijken in de Eufy app dat dat met geen mogelijkheid lukt totdat je de app herstart. Is een Eufy issue dus 😛 ---

martijn, ik ben nieuw hier en heb net mijn homey geinstalleerd. alles gaat prima op een ding na. na restart van mijn homey heb ik ook de rode driehoek op mijn homebase 3 en de deurbel. ik heb alles gereset zonder succes. ik kom niet verder dan het captcha schermpje in de homey app. dit nadat ik ze opnieuw heb proberen te installeren. Als ik hier de 4waardes invul stopt het. ofwel nu lukt het dus helemaal niet [meer.de](http://meer.de) cameras zijn wel online te bekijken op [https://mysecurity.eufylife.com/#/camera](https://mysecurity.eufylife.com/#/camera) op de tijdlijn in de homey app zie ik steeds “eufy security-captcha required” hopelijk heb je een idee waar ik iets fout doe. gr marco ---
