Hi Alex, I do not think, there is an official app. I have an Eufy E15 active. However I allow it to work a full battery a day what ensures that the lawn is fully ser vice d in 2 days. If you think about writing an app I am happy to share the code so far. @Alex_Schoenfeld no not planned. Eufy changed the encryption so most new devices can’t be added at the moment. Hi Martijn, Thanks, that makes sense. At the moment my solution is still a separate local Python bridge and not yet integrated into a Homey app. I am happy to share the code and findings, but I would probably need some help turning this into a proper PR for the existing app. Regards, Theo ---

Hello, it might be that this question has been asked before, but I couldn’t find the answer through search or in the supported devices section at the start of this topic. I’m running a self hosted instance with a Homey Bridge. I see that the bridge is not supported. Does this also mean that it will not work on a self hosted server with a bridge? ---

@AoP it’s a cloud connection so that works with SHS as mentioned on the app page. Running a bridge on your SHS is like a satellite and has nothing to do with Homey Bridge/Cloud. ---

Thank you for the reply. I keep getting a device unavailable error with my X10 Omni Pro saying an invalid enum capability. I’ve added a screenshot with the complete error message. I have both Eufy apps. My E20 is added in the security app and also works in Homey. But I have an older one added into the Clean app. Can’t find a way to add that one. It just doesn’t see it. Help? ---

@AoP yes multiple people experience issues. Seems like all eufy devices are not responding due to the eufy app update Nothing I can do for now (regarding eufy security). This is a complete new api and needs to be build up again from the ground up. This is going to take a long time to be fixed ---
