Hi @JBM ,
Sorry for the bad news but atm this is not supported by the standard buttons. It might be added some time in future, similar to the implementation the SD+ dials have. When I find some time to do that.

# UPDATE TIME

Elgato just release the bugfix update for the plugin to the plugin store:

## StreamDeck Plugin - v1.12.1

- Fixed: SD+ dial press event not working.

If the dial press event is not working for you after the update, make sure you are using the latest version of the StreamDeck app on your PC/Mac.

Hello, Thanks for the aPP.

I was playing around with the possibilities, and I´m able to trigger on off devices. Display data…But for some reason Içm not able to Fire a Trigger. It just won´t do anything. If I trigger the Flow in Homey it work fine. But no luck from the SD. Any Suggestions ?

If everything else works, then there is no reason for the trigger to not work.
If you want to use a trigger on a non trigger button you need to enable it explictily by ticking the according setting in the StreamDeck.
In any case please triple check your trigger names in Homey and on the StreamDeck because they are case sensitive and not trimmed. So accidental whitespaces could possible cause issues.
Also it might be a good thing to avoid special characters. So limit your trigger names to a-zA-Z0-9 only.

Thanks for the Quick response !!!

I think I´ve double-checked all your suggestions. Let me share some examples.

My flow in Homey :

I don´t know if there is a way to debug to try to understand why is not working.

Ohh. I see the confusion. The trigger name is not the flow name.
There is an actual WHEN card of the StreamDeck app which takes the trigger name as a parameter field. You need to use that card as the WHEN card as entry point for your flow.

How can I add a delay? If I now turn the knob on the Elgato Stream Deck Plus the Homey sends a new action to my blinds with every percentage I change the value. For example: if I turn the blinds from 50% to 80% it sends 30 commands to the blinds motor. That can’t be good for the motor …

hi @Allram ,
I just had a brief look at your report. The app is not crashing. Your homey is stopping it due to a CPU load warning. I am not yet sure what exactly I am seeing but there seems to be something off with a metering device on your homey, causing an init loop (maybe).
I will need to have a closer look at it after work.

Thanks for checking it out.
Tried to remove the metering device from the Stream deck now, so we’ll see how it goes 🙂

Elgato announced that you can connect to a streamdeck over ethernet if you buy a network dock, would that be something we can integrate in this homey app? [https://youtu.be/KePonUcZppo?si=P7J5MMQ8Mm4YtGz2](https://youtu.be/KePonUcZppo?si=P7J5MMQ8Mm4YtGz2)

Well, as I understand this it will still be connected to your SD app on a PC/Mac, even when the connection goes over ETH.
As Homey talks to a SD app plugin it should work just fine with that.

That would be neat but you will most likely need to run a bare Windows image to have best compatibility for everything it can do. I have not tried this myself yet but if you manage to do such successfully please share.

Haven’t tried it but i know 3th party software from bitfocus can do the same as the windows client and it even runs on a raspberry pi (which is the same core as the homey pro) that being said that just means that there is some kind of api

Hi guys, for some reason my StreamDeck is failing to trigger Homey actions. I don’t get it, every time I connect a new trigger/toggle, it does sync all my devices. So there appears to be a connection. But all I get it he ⚠ when I press a button on the StreamDeck (here is an [iCloud link](https://share.icloud.com/photos/0d8a2e-KaHZsxNavk1APK8uiA) to it).

It could mayhaps be because of the cloud url being used. I am not absolutely certain as it should work in cloud and realtime mode actually.
Is your StreamDeck PC/Mac on the same network as your homey? Then you could try using your Homey’s IP Address instead. See if it behaves differently.
