Hello all, I seem to have a comparable problem. I have also a card from my employer and my own pole. I’ve entered this card as the default card but the start and stop homey-cards don’t work (Missing Capability Listener: evcharger\_charging). If it’s in the card section it should show up there, can you restart the app on your Homey? The error is also weird. Once you restart try selecting the card in your flow again, if it doesn’t show send me a diagnostic report please ---

Not able to create my charging point in Homey: Hi, used to be a Shell Recharge customer in GER and my account has been transferred to 50five. I am able to log in to [https://50five-sde.evc-net.com/](https://50five-sde.evc-net.com/) with email and password and it shows status of my wallbox and previous chargings. When I try to add my wallbox to (my new 26) Homey, I enter email, password and above URL and I fail to be able to create a new charge point (error message: Login validation failed, check your credentials or try again.) Deleted the existing one that at least once show a start of a charging session… What can I do ? Any ideas ? Thx! ---

I did use the above mentioned url [https://50five-sde.evc-net.com/](https://50five-sde.evc-net.com/) which works on the web and follows the logic of the NL url you mention in various places. I assume the NL in snl stands for Netherlands and consequently for Germany needs to be replaced by DE and sde … ---

Hi Kaoh, I added my account and i have my charging added to my homey. seems to work well, only thing i have i cant start any sessions. i get the error “Missing Capability Listener”, any ideas? ---

Hi Kaoh, Not sure if this has been covered exactly: Use case: Athlon lease driver, got the 50five charger from the lease company. Hoped this app would help for the connection. Not able to add own card in the portal or manage anything besides some info. I am trying to add our charger on to the 50five app in Homey but I can’t get further than the login screen and a generic error is thrown. The portal is what this app uses, so if your account is not registered as the official owner of the chargepoint this app can not work around that sorry. ---

Same probem here. Cards showup in the 50Five app. but the flow card stays empty for charging cards. installed app again on the homey, redid the advanced flow. Still it is not working. Which is a pitty as it is a top app. ---

Well his problem is that he is not the owner and he can’t add his cards in the 50five portal because of that. So if that is not your problem you have a new one. Please restart the app, give it a minute or five, try to select your card, once failed please send me a diagnostic report ---

Vincent, my charging cards are in the 50Five portal and are active. Done what you asked and it is still the same issue. DIagostic report: d2162d46-a980-4ceb-a94a-cd564fcad03d Homey Pro (early 2023) What I do see is that in the flow card and you start filling in the number it gives you a dropdown menu with 2 lines (I have two cards in the 50Five Portal). Your log is not very helpful, I see a network error but nothing else. Two options in the pull down is interesting, are your cards unnamed in the portal? ---

Hi Kaoh, when trying to start a session it complains on the contractid is missing. In the 50five app i am able to start a session with my temp contract still… Could you have a look if this can work without the contractID?? diag sent bea7f708-8e1d-4596-9301-a58d219afa16 ”Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘contractId’)” is the exact message. Hi Kaoh, I’m trying to kick out 50five from my Shell Recharge Wallbox. Even though I can enter the settings of the Wallbox, the OCPP-Area is locked. I could install another firmware, if I have one without 50five. Any ideas? ---

Check the Tweakers forum for tips on this. And once you are succesful let us know 😉 Since the last couple of days mine is offline due to the communication error. This gave me a chance to handle this status better for the offline flag in homey, so just published a new version with that fix. ---

Hi all. Since the disruption in service last week, it became clear that it is time for me to move on to a new and more modern chargepoint. Today I replaced my 8 year old Lolo3 advanced with a Peblar business. That means I can no longer really maintain this app anymore, since I can not perform tests anymore. My 50five account will be up abit longer to make sure outstanding sessions are handled etc. But I will do my best to make 50five close that part also. If someone wants to start taking the support role for this app please reach out to me.
