Hello Andrea,

Nothing personal, really, but I’ve learned to never believe this as a fact:

Homey and a wifi connection can be flaky in certain situations.  
So,

1. Which Homey model?
2. If 2023/2026: is it wifi connected?
3. You can check the network connection _for real_ with a [NetScan app](https://community.homey.app/t/47454) TCP Port device.
