No @Oscar_Niemi ,
When I open it , I will loose all guarantees! ![]()
To be serious, I donāt have any. But the reply of @Peter_Kawa on the previous question should be valid for yours as well.
ok thanks, Iāve sent an e-mail
Would be really nice to be able to control the floor heating from homey also.
Does anyone know if the shelly blu distance is already supported?
or are there any plans of supporting it
Hi all,
Need support for Shelly BLU Distance (SBDI-003E).
Using native āAny BLE deviceā from Homey Shelly App does not works, nothing discovered. I see it not yet into the list of supported devices.
Any plan for supporting it ?
Thanks !
Iām having troubles adding a new Shelly device. Itās a dimmer 2 (SHDM-2), itās included in the Wifi (with good signal) and also in the Shelly app (I donāt really use this app, but I sometimes use it to include devices in Wifi) but when I try to add it using Homey Iām stuck in this screen:L
At some point Iām getting a timeout, and then some notifications from Shelly devices that I also get when I restart the Shelly app. It seems the app crashes and reboots.
I have a Homey pro 2019 that is running around max capacity, but switching off 50% of the apps (which made my Homey run a lot smoother) does not help with adding this dimmer.
I have 37 Shelly devices currently in Homey.
Hi everyone,
I have several Shelly Wave i4 devices and Iām trying to get the action events working, but despite everything Iāve tried, I canāt get them to trigger.
What Iāve configured:
-
All switches are configured as push buttons (momentary switch type ā0ā)
-
Created flows using the āAction eventā trigger card
-
Firmware version: 11.5
-
Shelly app version: 3.53.1
The problem:
-
The
actionEventscapability remainsnulleven when pressing the buttons -
Single press, double press, and long press events donāt trigger any flows
-
The input states (input_1, input_2, etc.) DO change correctly
Hi all,
Need support for Shelly BLU Remote Control ZB
Using āAny BLE deviceā from Homey Shelly App nothing discovered. I see it not yet into the list of supported devices.
Any plan for supporting it ?
Thanks !
Hi everyone, please, is there any estimation when support for Shelly Wave Outdoor Plug S LR might be added? Thank you
Hi everyone!
I have quite a few Shelly Z-Wave devices, and Iām seeing the same behavior on all of them. When I enable āAuto OFF O1 with timerā in the advanced settings, the device clicks and turns off locally after the specified seconds ā however, Homey still shows the device as ON.
This causes some practical issues: for example, with my garage door or gate I always need to press the button twice if I want to open it again (yes, I know it can be worked around with a Homey flow, but still). I also control an indoor radiator this way, where seeing the correct state would be very useful.
So it seems that the Auto-OFF event that runs locally on the Z-Wave device is not reported back to Homey.
Is there any chance this could be improved, or do you have any suggestions or recommended settings to fix the state not updating?
Thanks a lot!
Although it may be a Shelly firmware issue, the proper way to do it would be to implement the āAudo OFF 01 with timerā function in Homey and not in the Shelly device.
Are you 100% sure the issue is in the Shelly firmware and not in the Homey app?
If it is a Shelly firmware problem, I hope you have closer contact with Shelly than I do, so please forward it to them as well.
I actually started by implementing the Auto-OFF logic in Homey, but for example my gate is at the edge of the Z-Wave network. There have been cases where the ON command went through, but the OFF command didnāt. As a result the gate kept receiving the signal continuously and couldnāt be controlled by the remote anymore until I disconnected the module or the Z-Wave signal returned.
My other device is an electric radiator, which I also want to switch off locally, independent of Homey. That feels much safer, because signals can be lost or Homey could restart for any reason.
So for these cases, having the Auto-OFF handled directly by the device is much more reliable.
I understand your reasoning now you have given some more detail.
The Shelly app is also maintained by Shelly. So either way Shelly has to solve your problem. I would contact their support using the support link on the Homey app page.
The Homey Shelly app isnāt.
Drenso B.V. is maintaining it (and it was written by community dev Jelger Haanstra)
Ok. If you want to be nitpicking ![]()
Drenso is the company maintaining it, but they officially represent Shelly for the Homey platform. So they are still the best starting point for getting issues with Homey resolved.
I have installed a shelly 2pm gen4 via ZigBee to control a shutter. The opening and closure is coordinated with the switch on the wall but in the honey pro app is inverted.
Anyone knows if thereās a way to change the configuration of the open close position from the app?
Many thanks for the help ![]()
Nah, I wouldnāt call it nitpicking:
You assume something and present it as a fact.
The Shelly company just isnāt involved at all.
Denzo is not representing Shelly, they maintain and develop many apps.
Hi, tried to connect a Shelly 1 GEN 4 on a garage door motor without success. It acts like an ON/OFF switch and it would need to be something like 0,5ā contact only. With the reed connected as below, when opening the door (click on Shelly in homey pro), it opens the door a few centimeters (it stops as soon as the reed loose contact).
If someone have any clue how to have this to work ![]()
Iām using the 24v from the garage door.
Here is the wiring I have:
From Left to right:
O / I : to door switch (1 & 3 on below picture)
SW / L : to door reed
L / N : to 24v (1 & 4 on picture below)
Thanks!
Hey,
not sure if you already made changes to settings. you may need Shelly app to do it
check the link below.
If you are going to use the SW input of the Shelly 1 for a magnet switch you must set it up in detached mode.
Hey! Did you calibrate them in the Shelly interface ? I also have the 2pmGen4 but in wifi (because the developers did not implement the slat angle for zigbee in Homey) and it works fine.
