Ok, i have had the 0 removed and waited to see a P2000 message shows up. I saw a message on 15:22 but no entry in the widget . I have now tried another flow without the cap code. Check out my flow. It’s faster. With your flow, the alert goes through all the departments first before it’s forwarded; with my flow, the alert goes directly to the four services, and the appropriate services forwards it immediately. ---

I donot know if this initiative is helpfully but I created a Diagnostich report under number: 9b43c69a-6638-4eb9-8768-104fa8420560 I took the following steps: i removed the P2000 app. reboot Installed the app and rebooted, created new app, new flow. added widget to dashboard. Yes I did. I first installed the App from the app store. Did a reboot. After that I installed the application in Homey. Regards Fred ---

When you say you installed after the reboot the application, what does that mean? You have to add a device with the + and choose for the P2000 app. ---

The new installation has been completed, but unfortunately there is still no information available. **I use te following Homey flow:** Als “Een nieuwe melding is ontvangen” en " Provincie is Utrecht" dan “Stuur melding naar P2000 widgets” When I check the app, I see the following: 1. Start the Homey app. 2. Go to **More (…)**. 3. Select **Apps**. 4. Select the **P2000** app. 5. Tap the **Settings** (gear) icon. 6. Select **App Settings**. 7. Scroll down to **Monitor**. - The information shown is: **“All services are online.”** 8. Go back. 9. Select **P2000 for Homey**. - The information shown is: **“Access denied”** (Dutch: **“Toegang geweigerd”** ). Could you please advise what might be causing this issue and how I can resolve it? Ofcourse I added a Widget in the Homey App. Kind regards, Fred ---

Not that we’re aware of. The notifications are still coming through here as usual. Perhaps try restarting the app or rebooting your Homey Pro.
