@Gerrit_Ekelmans - please play a bit with the device (open and close the door/window a few times) and send me diagnostics report (app settings → send diagnostics report)
Please mention your name on the comment of the report so I will be able to correlate to your case.

Hi everyone, I integrated my two Smarter 2 thermostats quickly and easily. Now my question is: is it possible to see the current temperature on Homey and not the set temperature? The status indicator says “not configurable.” I’ve attached an image to better explain. Thanks in advance for your answers.

Hi, that is not a option! Athom (Homey) made this as a fixt setting with thermostats.

Hello! @Gal_Carmeli how are you ?

I’m using the Legrand Energy Meter (connected to main circuit breaker)
which measures total home consumption. However, Homey Energy counts it
as a regular device, causing double-counting with smart plugs.

Could you add a “Cumulative Device” setting or automatically set
energy.cumulative = true for Energy Meter devices?

This would enable proper hierarchy:

- Main meter = total home
- Individual devices = subtracted from total
- “Other” = remaining consumption

Similar to how P1 meters work in Homey.

Thank you!

Hello @Gal_Carmeli,
I’m trying to use this app, as soon as I install it, it lets me add all my devices and it works without any issues, but after a few minutes all the devices become unreachable.

If I try to use my devices the following error appears:
Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘home\_id’)

Then after again few minutes, devices come back reachable and so on

I’m using Light Switchs, Light Micromodule, Smart Valve, Weather Station, Smarter Thermostat, Energy Meter and Roller Shutter Switch. This issue occurs with all of these devices.

Hi Gal,

A huge thank you for your Homey API! I’ve just discovered it, and it’s been incredibly helpful for integrating my Legrand/Bticino home automation. Overall, everything works perfectly, except for one specific issue on my end:

My shutter integration is set up, but the behavior is as follows: the “Open” command works correctly (shutter opens), and the “Close” command works correctly (shutter closes). However, the **“Stop” command does not work** —instead, it sends a “Down” (Close) command to the shutter.

Are you aware of this minor bug?

Congratulations again on your work; I hope you’ll have the time to get back to me.

Best regards,

Hi Gal

I just noticed, that the air quality from the Indoor modules of the weather station is different in your app compared to the Netatmo app. Do you calculate those values or where does it come from?

Hi, I’m using **MyHomeServer1** with firmware **2.87.12**.
My setup is configured in **Home + Control** / **Home + Project**.

In Home + Control, my **rollers, lights and thermostats are all visible individually in their rooms** and can be controlled there.

In Homey I use the **Bticino/Legrand/Netatmo** app.
I already:

- created a Netatmo developer app

- added **Client ID** and **Client Secret** in the app settings

- reauthorized the connection

Login works, but when I add devices, Homey shows: **“No new devices found.”**

So it looks like the account connection works, but no importable devices are returned/mapped.

Could this be a **MyHomeServer1 compatibility / device mapping issue** in the app?
If helpful, I can provide screenshots or invite you as a guest to the Home + Control home.

Hi, I found a clear pattern in my setup.

Only some lights are imported into Homey, and these seem to be the dimmer lights.

Most missing lights are shown in Home + Control as **“intelligente Beleuchtung”** and are not imported.

Examples of missing lights:

- ground floor: hallway, guest WC, pantry, room under the stairs

- first floor: staircase, utility room, children’s room

- attic: all lights, including the light for the loft space

My setup:

- MyHomeServer1

- firmware 2.87.12

- Home + Control / Home + Project

- devices are visible individually in Home + Control

- Homey app: **Bticino/Legrand/Netatmo**

- login works

- shutters and some lights are imported successfully

- many standard lights are not imported

It looks like dimmer-type lights are mapped correctly, but standard smart lighting / on-off lighting circuits are not.

Could this be a missing device-type mapping for MHS1 lighting?

Hello @Gal_Carmeli I’ve been using your app since I have homey so thanks for supporting this and keeping it up. Now I have a question regsishades with tilt support for sun. In the control app from Legrand there is both the position up and down and the tilt (angle). Is this something you could add on the shutter devices? According to what I could find here: [https://helpcenter.netatmo.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/31715075262354](https://helpcenter.netatmo.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/31715075262354) there is an API from Legrand for this.

Are you able to check it please? Specially for the summer this would be very useful for automations in which includes sun shade controls.

Thank you and regards

Hi everyone!

I have some issues starting from yesterday, all my devices have the red warning icon and they’re not reachable.

I tried to reconfigure the app, but when I add a new device (deleted on purpose), I get the following error:

Hi @Gal_Carmeli,

I found this Github for integrating my Classe 100X in Home Assistant, especially when it uses the Netatmo Home+Security app (and therefor new v2.x firmware.
Seems something is changed…

> **[GitHub - k-the-hidden-hero/bticino\_intercom: Home Assistant custom integration for BTicino...](https://github.com/k-the-hidden-hero/bticino_intercom)**
>
> Home Assistant custom integration for BTicino Classe 100X/300X video intercom systems (Netatmo cloud). WebRTC live video, doorbell events, door locks, staircase lights.

It is indeed working in my HA.

Would you be willing to check if you could add this to the Homey app too?
I’d be happy to provide whatever you need again of course…
