do i understand this is a read only app? so confused about the app??? its says al lot of type to connect old and new changelogs all to read. app in the store says not read only and advertises for flow cards that doesnt exist? can someone please tell me what this app realy can do? sorry for the developer but i looks like the trouble isnt from yesterday. Should really clean up the mess and update the app with the right functions and description as it is. ---

Is this app abandoned? I see a lot of users are having issues (both listed in the Homey Community and on the Github projects page [GitHub - lsiddiquee/com.rexwel.bmwconnected · GitHub](https://github.com/lsiddiquee/com.rexwel.bmwconnected) ), but no response of the developer since a few months already. Is someone still using this app on Homey (without issues)? I’m having the issue described in [No new devices have been found message, but the vehicle is found in the log · Issue #105 · lsiddiquee/com.rexwel.bmwconnected · GitHub](https://github.com/lsiddiquee/com.rexwel.bmwconnected/issues/105#issuecomment-4232083757) , and was hoping it could be solved… Any ideas? ---

Due to some personal things I am not able to currently spend time on this. Once I will be able to will look at all issues. However, in the mean time the source is available in github and the community is free to create prs for issues. ---

Version 1.0.25 when I try to add a device (BMW) and after I successfully complete the authorization in the browser, the Homey app says: > Authorization failed > > User denied authorization ---

Hi, I try to connect the car today. first time I have a message error, second time car car was successful connected. It’s now good for me, I think it was difficult to resolve all the problem, thanks @Likhan ! ---

Hello, can someone with the latest version tell me if this is still a read-only app? Or is it already possible again to control basic functions on and off? I’m mainly referring to activating the climate control. Secondly, I would like to know if it is possible to connect two vehicles. I hope someone can answer these questions. ---

I have a BMW Z4. It only has 2 doors and windows. I can see in the State JSON (App settings) that the Left front and right front are closed. Hi @Likhan, same issue as @Jibbejanneke above (v1.0.25). BMW login page confirms “LOGIN SUCCESSFUL” but Homey returns “Authorization Failed - user denied authorization”. App log shows: `[ERROR] Unexpected token poll response {}`— empty object returned from the token poll endpoint. Tried: fresh Client ID (multiple times), API+Streaming toggles enabled, Safari + Chrome on Mac, full BMW CarData reset via customer portal (confirmed completed) — same error persists every time. Single vehicle (i4) on account. ---

Link your ID = Succesfull in the portal The the App = Authentication Failed I am the primary user and have an BMW i4. Tried recreating the Client ID. CarData Stream Attributes not configured. If needed, which should i check? ---

Hi, I’m having the same problem with a current i4 where the login isn’t working. Do I need to have an active SIM card in the vehicle? It works without one in my F31. ---

Hi @Likhan, I’ve just added my iX2 to the app (1.0.25) and have a question. The Alarm stays at disarmed, even though the car is defiantly locked and the alarm is armed. The json does show: ```auto "lockState": { "combinedSecurityState": "UNLOCKED", "isLocked": false }, ``` so it may be the information is wrongly sent or another attribute is used on my type, is there anything I can do to troubleshoot this? After numerous tries to re-add our BMW, where I always got the “User denied authorization” message, I just redid it via Homey Web App, and used a Chrome incognito window to fill in the code on the BMW One ID link page, and it worked now. My guess would be that the BMW site keeps cookies or other session data, maybe clearing them already solves it. I also recreated the CarData client on the BMW portal and toggled both switches on. Don’t know whether that was actually necessary, but noting that here for completeness. ---

struggling to get the BMW connected (IX3 g08), tips/tricks? Homey Pro Early 2019 Firmware 13.5.1 BMW / Mini Connected v1.0.25 OAuth authentication seems to succeed.
