## Control your new generation **Bestway / Lay-Z Spa (V02)** hot tub via Homey. This app uses the AWS IoT cloud to monitor and control your spa.

### ✨ Main Features

- **Real-time Monitoring:** View current water temperature.

- **Full Control:** Power, Target Temperature, Heating, Filter Pump, and Bubbles/Jets.

- **Flow Support:** All functions are available as Flow cards for full automation.

- **Easy Pairing:** No complex credential sniffing. Just use the “Device Sharing” QR code text from the official Bestway app.

### ❓ How to Pair

1. Open the **Bestway Smart Hub** app.

2. Go to **Device Sharing** in your pump settings.

3. Scan the QR code (or use Circle to Search/Google Lens) to get the text string.

4. The string should start with `RW_Share_`. Paste this into the Homey pairing wizard.

The app works really well and I’ve been waiting for it for a long time. The only feature that I miss is that I can’t control the hydrojet massage function in my Lay-Z Spa San Francisco. Apart from that everything works perfectly.

Main reason for creation was being able to turn on and off the heating and change the temperature based on how much electricity my solar panels provide 🙂  
I will only take out my spa after 1 may, so development will be after that day.
