Can you remove the tile. remove the battery. Than add the battery. Push the button of the tile for a few seconds. Add it to the app and make your flow again. Keep in mind that the device can get another uuid if you reset it. ---

My tile mate is working now. But sometimes say I’m gone. That is not the case and the tile says after a minute that I am home again. What’s the problem ? ---

@cajp Do you have the tile mate still connected to your phone? This will be the case because the tile can only be connected to one device ---

I bought two tile pro. They are in the app. In the flow I can’t choose which one there is one tag ipv two.
