Install **[Apple Health](https://homey.app/a/nl.lrvdlinden.applehealth/test/)** on your Homey and go to **Add Device → Apple Health → Apple Health**. 2. Go to **Apps → Apple Health → Configure**. Follow the three steps and tap **Copy Sync URL** on your device card. 3. Install the free **[HealthSync](https://apps.apple.com/app/healthsync/id6820227732)** app on your iPhone (or tap **Get HealthSync** on the settings page). 4. Paste the Sync URL in HealthSync and tap **Save & test connection**. 5. Tap **Authorize Apple Health** and choose **Turn On All** (or pick the categories you want). 6. Tap **Sync now**. Your data appears in Homey within seconds. 7. Optional: set **Auto sync** to the interval you like. After the first sync, iOS wakes HealthSync in the background when key health data changes. Exact timing is decided by iOS.
