We are excited to announce that the Apollo Automation app is currently in the final testing phase! The app will seamlessly integrate our fully local smart sensors into the Homey ecosystem worldwide!

You can try the test version of our app here: [Apollo Automation Homey Test App](https://homey.app/en-us/app/com.apolloautomation/Apollo-Automation/test/)

For our devices visit: [apolloautomation.com](http://apolloautomation.com)

### **These three sensors are compatible for testing (all use USB-C and Wi-FI):**

- **[Apollo AIR-1](https://apolloautomation.com/products/air-1):** A compact and feature-rich air quality sensor measuring particulate matter (PM1, PM2.5, PM4, PM10), VOCs, NOx, temperature, humidity, and barometric pressure with optional CO2 and gas sensors.

- **[Apollo MSR-2](https://apolloautomation.com/products/msr-2):** A single target mmWave radar multisensor that delivers precise presence and motion detection, advanced tuning, environmental sensing, and is great for still detection.

- **[Apollo MTR-1](https://apolloautomation.com/products/mtr-1):** A multi-target mmWave radar multisensor with three configurable detection zones that features presence and motion detection, and environmental sensing.

### **We also sell the entire Homey device range including the new [Homey Pro mini!](https://apolloautomation.com/products/homey-pro-mini)**

In addition to our sensors, we now offer the full range of Homey devices. This includes the new Homey Pro mini, Homey Pro, Homey Bridge, and the Homey Pro ethernet adapter.

We thank the Homey community for their support and look forward to finalizing our app testing so everyone can enjoy private, local control with Apollo sensors and the full Homey experience.

We are community driven and want to make sensors that the community actually wants so please take our [Future Product Survey](https://apolloautomation.com/pages/product-interest) on our website.

I just purchased my first Apollo product, a Temp-1 sensor with probe. I am having trouble integrating it into Homey. Is this supported in the Apollo Automation app yet?

In that case they shouldn’t state “Every Appollo sensor” as supported device 🫣☺

Hello! Sorry, we are late. Thank you for the support!

We are actively adding the TEMP-1 to the Apollo Homey app. We will do our best to keep everyone updated here, but we are more active in our Apollo Discord.

The “Every Apollo Sensor” was added early in development, when all sensors were getting support. We have released more since then. We will update it to say Apollo Automation Sensors or see about listing them individually.

PS: We will be at IFA Berlin from September 5-9 if anyone wants to visit our booth!

Best,
Justin

@Apollo_Automation I’m looking for a VOC and PM2.5 (or smaller) sensor that can be installed outdoors. Rainproof would be great but I could also install it below a roof. Any chance one of your devices would be fit for that purpose?

Hi all,

I bought an Apollo Automation MTR-1 presence sensor, and I’ve been playing with it now for a while. And even though I haven’t done any tweaking to it (I left it almost untouched, no zones, no nothing configured), it works pretty good. Its purpose is to flip the lights in the bathroom.

When entering the bathroom, the light comes on without a problem. However, leaving the bathroom is somewhat disturbing. In, let’s say, 10 times of testing, it turns off the light in 3 of those 10 times almost instantly, give or take 3 seconds. But in the other 7 times, it takes 35-37 seconds to reset the presence status, and thus switch off the light.

So, what am I doing wrong? Is there a parameter I have to set somewhere?

Thx,
Johan

Yes, been thru it 3 times. I can’t find anything related to my problem, nor can I find any parameter with the numbers 30-40 (my delay 35-37)…

I don’t own this sensor and I didn’t read Apollos Wiki, however, it may be possible to access the sensor’s configuration interface via a browser and the sensor’s IP address.
Have you ever tried that?

That was a very good idea. Unfortunately, without a positive result. I Looked into my router to find out the address, but after typing it in, in a browser, the page can’t be reached (Firewall off, no VPN…)

Maybe when you connect with the sensor’s Access Point / Hotspot directly?
