I tried using the app but really it won’t let me log in. Hi, can you send a diagnostics report after attempting to log in? You can do that in More-\>Apps-\>American Standard Home-\>Settings (top right corner)-\>Create diagnostics report. I also see some issues in the pairing page like the translation issue and color of the error message, that should be red. I will fix those shortly. But you should still be able to log in, so please send a diagnostics report ---

This is the error message from the server: “Hey, we see you are trying to log in to Nexia™. We’ve updated your experience, and you’ll need to download American Standard® Home to log in. Need help? Call our customer support team at: 877-915-6665”. Do you use the American Standard Home mobile app on your phone, or an older “Nexia” app? Or maybe you need to accept some kind of updated ToS or Privacy Policy before you can continue using the app? It can also be that they changed something on the server side which breaks this app. ---

Tried again and this time kept trying. Interestingly despite using the correct credentials after 5 attempts I got an email from American Standard saying I was locked out and need to reset my password. So AS recognizes the attempt from your app, but is refusing the correct credentials. ---
