okay, blank page solved, but “wrong email” at login is still the problem now…

For me,on European server,i can login now,and my homey find my 2 echo dots3,they appears on page devices… but actions and flows not works on them🤨
I’m new on homey ,i don’t know how send to Jamie a diagnostic report…

If you are able to add your devices but actions such as text to speech dont work, odds are you are connected to the wrong server.

I never change the server,always on European

so how did you do that disconnect? I see no such option

same for me, the. 300 version gives the wrong email message again

I just installed v3.4.300. With this I could connect to US and to EU server a few minutes ago, but now I can’t connect anymore to either.
With both it says “Amazon Alexa Cookie successfully retreived. You can close the browser.” After I click on done it goes back to the Amazon Alexa app and it the waiting keeps spinning.

I was blocked too at this step,i restart the app and it worked

After I restarted the app I can connect again. I tested US and EU servers. But Alexa doesn’t respond.
This is what I did

  • Removed all Amazon Alexa devices
  • Connected to EU server
  • Added a Sonos One
  • Made a flow with a virtual button that when pressed does an “Alexa Says”
  • When I pressed the button nothing happens
  • Removed the Sonos One
  • Disconnected from Amazon Alexa
  • Connected to US server
  • Added a Sonos One
  • Made a flow with a virtual button that when pressed does an “Alexa Says”
  • When I pressed the button nothing happens

And this is still with v3.4.300

I didn’t try the Far East server as I live in Belgium. How do I know to what server I have to connect?

Connect to Europe server,then Try to restart the app after your sonos has been discovored

I managed to connect after uninstalling the app and installing the .300 version. Amazon asked for an OTP for the first time but it worked.

When I try re-adding my devices though, I get a timeout error for lights and plugs :confused:

this worked for me.
uninstalled the app, reinstalled version. 300
waited patirntly after message coockies retrieved waiting for the circular animation then got the app connected with disconnect button.
then i go add devices and i vould readd them properly.
first tests seem good right now

Updated the app to the latest version, devices show still offline, click configure app and it seems disconnected. Tried to connect app, gives error that email adres is not valid (and yeah checked 20 times and also logged in to alexa.amazon.com with same credentials).

Uninstalled the old version, reinstalled the new one, login works fine now. (same credentials), reinstalled devices (Echo gen 1, Gen 2 and dot Gen 2), all seems to work. Created a simple testflow to play music, works on all devices. Will test other functionalities tomorrow if i have some time, but this all seems to work fine if ou first uninstall.

1 thing that did work before and doesn’t seem to work anymore is to connect devices through the echo to homey, previously i could connect for example my apple tv, now it cannot be found anymore (Fixed in 3.4.4, the latest test version)
