Correct, saw that in the diagnostic report. See previous post, this is an issue other apps have as well depending on how proxmox is configured. 99% sure there’s not much that can be done on the app side, the 2nd link is from a user with a different app having the same issue and fixing it.

Since the update to version 1.0.644 I am getting no status any more of the arm or disarm of the system in a flow.

![2026-09-06_204231](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex025/uploads/athom/optimized/3X/7/d/7dff449060b9319033403ece8e1eb8a6aa745445_2_690x58.png)

I do get the open/close door status of DoorProtect sensors, so the communication seems ok. These DoorProtect sensors work fine within a flow.

I am using a Homey Pro (2026) with version 13.4.1.

Anyone else experiences this issue?

Yes, restoring the same installation to a **privileged LXC** resolved the issue.

understand how to create a flow such as: **“Magnetic contact has been open for 5 minutes” → take a photo and send a push notification.**

But how does the following work?

**Outdoor Keypad (Ajax) → Automation scenario is activated → open Yale lock (or perform any other action in Homey).**

At the moment, my Outdoor Keypad is configured so that when a code is entered and **OK** is pressed, or when an Ajax Tag is presented to the keypad, an automation scenario is executed.

What I would like to know is how I can use that automation scenario as a trigger in Homey, so that I can automate additional actions there as well.

There’s a user out there that is sending me diagnostic rapport, however the one from homey isn’t sufficient. I need the log from the function inside the app. So whomever keeps sending logs via the diagnostic button, please do the advanced log and DM it to me.

Thanks.

Could try the following:

1. Create a temporary Flow:
**WHEN:** Ajax → **A push event was received** , select **Any event** , leave the raw-tag filter empty.
**THEN:** Send yourself a notification containing **Raw tag** , **Device name** , and **Source name**.
2. Enter the keypad code and press OK. Then test the Ajax Tag separately.
3. Use the event received to build the final Flow, filtering for the exact event and the intended device/source before adding **Yale → Unlock**.

I (maybe) find the problem. I also have an ajax button, the ajax button does have the tag: button active, the keypad outdoor doesn’t have this. It has only batterylevel, sabotagealarm, securitywarning.

I tried to follow your steps, It works on the Ajax Button, it doesn’t work on the Ajax Keypad Outdoor

Thanks, that confirms the test works for the Button but doesn’t capture your keypad action. The missing Button Active tag isn’t required for this Flow.

Could you show the keypad’s automation-scenario settings and the Ajax event-history entry immediately after using a code or Tag? I need those to identify the event Homey should receive and check where it is missing.

I am very satisfied with using the Ajax app for Homey Pro 2023. I can view my devices, control the alarm system, and use them in flows.

I also have an Ajax doorbell connected to the Ajax NVR. I would like to create a flow that takes a snapshot when someone presses the doorbell and sends it as a push notification with the photo attached.

I can get this working during testing, and when I physically trigger the doorbell manually, it works as well. However, after a while, it seems to stop working and I no longer receive push notifications. The same flow also plays a sound on my Sonos speaker when the doorbell is pressed, and that part continues to work correctly.

I am having trouble getting this to work reliably. In addition, the doorbell does not show any camera recordings or recent events in Homey. Only the live view works.

Do you happen to know whether this is a known issue or what might be causing it?

Would be just guessing at this point, only way to figure out would be if you send me the following;

1. App version
2. Screenshot of the full flow setup
3. A diagnostic rapport (directly after failed phyiscal doorbell test, including the time you tested) via the diagnostic rapport in the app settings (not the homey one)

FYI some functions will most likely never work, it’s ment to be an addition to the smart home, not it’s own security system. To be honest, I was already a little bit apprehensive to add camera/doorbell support. It takes away from the Ajax app and makes homey a full fledged security system ( i.e. people will uninstall ajax and then something goes wrong and look to me or homey)

Thanks for the clarification. I completely understand the concern. I use Homey for automation and convenience, it would be nice if I can get a snapshot so I can see who’s in front of the door immediately

1. I have installed 1.0.654

Unfortunally I need the log from the app (use a sharing site, like one drive etc and DM me the file). The one you send now it the standard homey diagnostic, theres not enough info there.

Thanks for taking the effort!

Also could you install the test version before making that diagnostic rapport : [https://homey.app/nl-nl/app/com.ajax.security/Ajax-Beveiligingssysteem/test/](https://homey.app/nl-nl/app/com.ajax.security/Ajax-Beveiligingssysteem/test/)

Goodmorning,

i have been using the Ajax integration for quite a while to get the arm/disarm status. But since a while it doesn’t get the new disarm/arm status. I have since rebooted the homey and app. Also removed the app and added the hub again.

yesterday i have found out it takes a few hours to get the new status.

i have an Ajax Plug and this switches on and off directly when used via homey.

Has anyone seen the same issue with this?

Hi Randy, which version are you using? Could you make a diagnostic report?

I’m unsure what you mean with “i have an Ajax Plug and this switches on and off directly when used via homey.”

Cheers

Hi Mike, thanks for the response.

Lthis is the code: 0757fc5d-b3e3-43ba-9180-4aff653ad77a

the plug i mean the socket of ajax to switch on devices, this works instant when i toggle it via homey. But the arm disarm doesn’t update. I’m using the flow like below
