I don’t fully understand your question. If you want to make a separate account and password, just create the password and copy paste them in both the Ajax App and the homey Ajax app. Make sure to install : [https://homey.app/nl-nl/app/com.ajax.security/Ajax-Beveiligingssysteem/test/](https://homey.app/nl-nl/app/com.ajax.security/Ajax-Beveiligingssysteem/test/) The public version still has the old login system (which we now know can fail). ---

Hello Mike, what I meant was the Homey app asks credentials, I used the ones I used for the Ajax cloud login. When I change the Ajax cloud ones the Homey app tries to login with the old credentials. Is there a way to sync them? Or edit the credentials in the Homey version? Thank you for the test version. I will test this one asap. Regards HG ---

No unfortunately that won’t be possible, I did make it so if you change it the homey app won’t keep trying the old one. You’ll have to reenter the password in the homey app. ---

To be sure; is the camera working in the ajax app itself? The diagnostic report you send stated it was offline somehow ( of course if its offline the homey ajax app won’t show anything) ---

Hi, Its working! **Is it, or will it become, possible to trigger a specific Homey Flow based on who disarms the Ajax alarm system—for example, using a tag, phone, or personal code?** **I would like Sonos to announce my name when I disarm the alarm, and announce a different name when another user disarms it.** Thanks! ---

This typically happens when Homey SHS runs inside an unprivileged LXC. What I’ve read you have 3 options: 1. migrate SHS to a small bridged Debian VM and run Docker with `--network host --privileged`. 2. back up and restore/recreate the LXC as privileged. This reduces isolation, so a VM is safer. 3. Preserve `/root/.homey-shs`, which contains the Homey configuration, devices, and Flows.
