Hi Mike, Thanks for this app! I was trying to make my Sonos system say ‘Ding dong’ when the doorbell rings (because the Ajax homesiren chirp just sounds awful). However the app can’t find any doorbell on my system. The account I’m logging in with has full admin access on the system and the doorbell. Is this a known issue? ---

Hi there, unfortunately I don’t have a doorbell so i wouldn’t know. I assumed the doorbell was working after I fixed the cameras seeing as I got no more responses from people with the doorbell. If you would be so helpful to send me two diagnostic logs and maybe even do the extended one in settings of the app and send me a DM with it then I can help you out. 1. reboot the homey or app and send a diagnostic right away after. 2. click on add doorbell and send a diagnostic right away after 3. go to settings of the app and copy the advanced diagnostic there. Paste it somewhere and send it to me. Much appreciated ---

I tested the flood detector with water, everything works as it should. The alarm is triggered and then reset as soon as it is dry again. I also have the battery-powered interior siren (Superior HomeSiren Jeweller), wired interior siren (Superior HomeSiren Fibra) and the Aussensirene (**StreetSiren Jeweller)** tested, these do not work as they should. When an alarm is triggered, nothing changes with the device in Homey. No log entry is generated either. It stays with the values of importing the devices into Homey. Hi, Installed this nice app today, and connected it to my alarm. Connection goes fine, but the app craches from time to time. Anny idea what to do? See: ec1399d6-4542-404b-8008-04ed137063b5 I use version v1.0.241 I updated to the test version but no result. I also don’t get updates like motion detected and doorbell press. Any tips?
