The camera is the **Wifi Ajax IndoorCam PIR** ![image](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex025/uploads/athom/original/3X/0/5/05b52a40524952d104e30fe67dc42d029b1f32b5.jpeg) Same behaviour as before: 0794e772-5cdb-48e1-8209-dceddbfd00a4 (Note: also the other BulletCam and TurretCam are not working as well, but the one that I need the most is this one) A ) Go to the actual Ajax Security App on your phone or other device and see if the camera’s privacy is setup correctly : space setting → privacy → users → select the user you use for homey → photos and videos permissions → select the camera(s) you want and toggle watch camera livestream → Done, this user has permissions for everything since it is the main user B ) Installed [https://homey.app/nl-nl/app/com.ajax.security/Ajax-Beveiligingssysteem/test/](https://homey.app/nl-nl/app/com.ajax.security/Ajax-Beveiligingssysteem/test/) and try removing and adding the camera again to see if it works. could you try this version: [https://homey.app/nl-nl/app/com.ajax.security/Ajax-Beveiligingssysteem/test/](https://homey.app/nl-nl/app/com.ajax.security/Ajax-Beveiligingssysteem/test/). No need to do all steps, except : go to **Advanced → Live view mode → RTSP** and leave automatic RTSP setup enabled. If not working, no need to delete anything, just open the camera once and send a fresh diagnostic immediately afterwards. Much appreciated ---

Send you a message, hopefully latest version tackles the issue. There’s a feature you have to enable though, please: 1. **Update the Ajax Security System app to v1.0.313** (or newer). [If Test: “Switch to the test version here: , then update.”] 2. Open the camera that wasn’t working → its **Settings** (advanced/gear) → **Live view** section. 3. Set **Live view mode** to **Force WebRTC**. 4. Tick **Cloud relay live view (experimental)**. 5. **Save** , then open the camera’s live view and give it up to ~15 seconds to connect. 6. Tell me whether you see video — and either way, **submit a new diagnostics report** the same way you did last time. ---
